We have used Kathy at Premier Properties two times now to sell our homes. The first home we listed with Kathy had been a tough sell and she sold it much quicker than I expected. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and she is a pleasure to work with. She knows the area very well. I would highly recommend her. If I ever have another home to sell, she'll be my first call.

Kathy Patterson of Premier Properties was a pleasure to work with and did a great job selling our property in a very short period of time. I really like working with family owned businesses versus the "big box" realtor companies. Kathy and Premier properties give you service second to none, and is very knowledgeable about the area. We benefited from Kathy's expert advice in all phases of the transaction, from getting the property ready to sell, the best description of the property, Took professional photographer photos of the property, and helped us navigate through the final negotiations to close the deal. I will be back to work with Kathy on my next Property Sale !
