The pharmacist is so rude it's unreal. She acts more like a correctional officer then a pharmacist! She cuts you off while your talking threatens to always put u on hold before you even say two lines to her. Example : she ask for dob, u tell her, and before you can answer her next question she is saying hello every second. As soon as you ask her to slow down politely she gets ruder and says I'll just put u on hold and help everyone else. I'm switching pharmacies id rather drive an extra 20 min away then have to deal with her, and this ain't a one time thing. This has been several occasions!

Super sad that they got rid of so many groceries. It was so convenient to stop and grab bananas and veggies. It means I'll be stopping at Dollar General instead.

The worst pharmacy hours. Very rarely do they have a pharmacist staffed on Saturday. Send your prescriptions anywhere else!

Terrible customer service! My provider called in a medication with a refill on 9/19. I called on 10/19 to refill my medication and was told they don't have a refill. Called my provider and they report they sent in the refill. Called walgreens back when I could get through to someone finally. I got a rude pharmacy tech that barely listened and did not help and sent me pharmacist who again was rude and told me to stop making assumptions about my medication. WHEN I AM THE ONE WHO CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE. She then tells me that my medication has been closed for some unknown reason BUT I did have a refill. She told me that she would have to order it and it would take 4 days to get it. I would be out of a much needed medication for 3 days after dealing with the whole situation for 2 days. I told the lady that I am the one suffering because I'll be out of my medications. She told me that maybe I should go to a 24hr pharmacy instead of going to the one closest to my house. The pharmacist acted like she is better than everyone. I told her that I've had this problem 3 times now and she said that is a broad statement! How is that broad when it is concerning me.

Always there to pick up the phone. Always fills my prescriptions in a timely manner, and staff is always polite, even when I'm wrong about a refill date.

I cannot thank Leona the Assistant Manager for providing Customer Service BEFORE I walked into the store. I sprained my ankle and was trying to get ace bandage, didn’t even make it to the door yet and was literally stuck. She assisted me to a wheelchair, and brought me inside. It is so rare to find gems like Leona. But I am forever grateful for her and the random customer who helped me. Also the pharmacist Kathyrn is so sweet and offered great alternatives with compassion.

I went for a scheduled rapid test and showed up for my time only to see a sign saying that the drive thru was closed today and tomorrow due to a staffing shortage.There should be a way to notify individuals who have scheduled tests to not show. Very unprofessional.

Nothing wrong with the store but, Vickie has the worst attitude. Her tone and demeanor is so condescending. I was picking up a photo order and she made me feel like I was bothering her and spoke to me with an attitude. If you hate your job Vickie, quit!

I have had no issues with the pharmacists. The problems are with the store hours. I have tried to pick up my prescription's on Friday at 8 p.m. and before noon on Saturday. The sign in the window says "No one on duty" . Please update your store hours on the internet and at the store. Also, the pharmacist does take an hour lunch break on Sunday's. Although they don't mention it on their phone recordings for store hours.

Best Customer Service! I stop at Walgreens every other day on my way to work. I’ve had excellent service from Lucy and Susan. They are the most friendly people and always willing to help find whatever I need. Definitely an asset to your company. I am in customer service myself so I know what it’s like to be a good customer service person.

I have no problems at this location except it's unpleasant when the short dark haired slender cashier is working. I'm guessing anywhere from 50-70. She is a Debbie downer and complains to her customers about working too much and on holidays. She also puts her customers down as she completes their transactions. She drains the energy of everyone within ear shot.

Had an appointment for covid test, arrived early to find out the pharmacy is closed. Called the store spoke with the store manager and she advised the system should not have let this appointment to be made. The manager said she would take it up the latter. So anyone who has an appointment today Saturday 10/30/2021 .. heads up you can’t get the test there today.
