I have been going to AHN for years. For the most part, the clerks are friendly and engaged, the nurses are wonderful and the doctors really care. Worth the drive to me.

I truly cannot think of a better medical facility on this Earth. I have been coming to this AHN for over 5 years, despite moving all over the state, and I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences. Dr. Powell and her staff are the most personable and compassionate medical professionals you could ask for. I would entrust my life and my family's lives to them any day. If you are in need of a primary care physician's office, AHN - Greenfield is the place to go.Dr. Powell + Team: Thank you for everything.

Every time I call in to get refills nothing happens. It is like you have to call and gripe at them to get them to do their job.

I would not recommend this office. The front desk ladies are rude and continue to tell me they will return my call to answer my questions or schedule. I have NEVER received a call back even though I would wait a few days before calling on multiple occasions. This left me unable to schedule and no answers to health problems that needed addressed. Dr Smith has failed to diagnose me after going here almost one year. No diagnosis even though I spelled out tests I need for my condition. No tests ran to date cause I always get run around. Tests that my insurance even covered. I highlighted symptoms from CDC and matched it to all my symptoms including to lab work done at hospital and she said I did NOT have the condition even though I did. Condition now affecting my heart and dr Smith won’t refer me to cardiologist. Went to another dr same day got diagnosed with exactly what I said was causing my problems to Dr Smith. Negligence and malpractice. Dr Smith also noted in my records that she told me to do X Y Z and yet not once told me X Y Z. Dishonest. Refuses to work with my insurance wanting me to pay everything out of pocket and drive to another state for specialists. Are you paying Dr Smith? Dr Smith wanted to take me off heart meds for one week to clear my system since she couldn’t get right meds/doses which would had caused heart attack if I didn’t speak up demanding to not be off all blood pressure meds. If I can go one week I would clearly not need them! It would cause a Heart attack from a block caused by the disease she failed to diagnose and properly treat! Then she prescribed blood pressure meds that lowered my pressure too low and she says it’s ok. I work in medical field and no it’s not ok it’s a medical emergency! If I stayed here in her care I would had died to do negligence leaving me undiagnosed so condition worse until death. A condition that is curable and a condition she should be able to treat! A condition left untreated causes heart attack and death. Also caused me health issues with problems to function daily and hold a job as a single parent with no help. She didn’t care even when I spelled everything out. It’s her job to diagnose me NOT me! My blood labs came back diabetic and anemic. Nope she didn’t catch I’m diabetic. She never followed up on the anemia. I shouldn’t have to beg for tests to be ran just to get life saving treatment. I can’t put all the negligence and malpractice issues here in this short space. I will NEVER go back.

A doctor and their practice can only be as good as the people who work the phones. The current shortage in skilled snd professional help shows. My doctor has tried to make up for all the short comings and unprofessional behavior.

I have watched this practice grow from a few family practice physicians to a large and more diverse practice of physicians, advanced practice nurses and physician assistants representing family practice neurology, podiatry, gastroenterology, plastic surgery. Growing pains, with problems with care of the patient have been short-livedI am confident this practice will continue to offer high quality care.
