Extremely happy with this place. Very helpful. Brennon should be given a bonus for going above and beyond. Was there last week, only employee working. So busy, but he was polite and helpful under a very stressful environment and kept checking on everyone waiting their turn for help.

Went in 4/27 to get new service & multiple lines, the gentleman 'Helping' us was unfriendly & so unhelpful that after not even 10mins & him going to 'ask questions' two times we left & went to Verizon where they were beyond tentative & helpful w/ getting us all set up w/ new phones & multiple lines.

Starting to feel I chose the wrong evening to come into this location (03/18/24) 635pm to 740pm.... after hearing the manager direct people to come back on Friday. A lady even came informed autistic awareness fundraiser and he literally told her " yea um youll have to come back friday" wow. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Meaning in short, he didn't want to deal so he will have the other employees deal. I waited an hour to even be questioned why I was even in store. I had one gentleman ask me after 10 minutes of just standing there waiting to be noticed I guess. when I though he was walking up to help me he walks past to go outside... I just wanted to see what my options were as far as getting a new phone. Ended up leaving wasting an hour of my time, no questions answered, no phone. Probably the worst service I have seen thus far in this community. Sad

I had a terrible ordeal with online ordering, at&t had my account completely messed up. Another at&t in indy couldnt or just wouldnt help me out. I called customer support, they said the issues would be corrected in 24 hrs. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!
But, the gentlemen at at&t greenfield were on it. They didnt know why the issue occured, they just wanted to make it right and they did. It took some time, effort on their part, and a lot of patients on my part, but they were professional and handled everything with a great attitude.
I will update this to five stars after my trade in is processed without any issues.
