“My 2023 brand new truck got backed into by someone in a parking lot so I needed some body work done on the front end, I tried another local body shop in Greenfield and they said they couldn’t get to it for like 5 months. So I found South St Auto Collision and read all the good reviews from everyone who had been there, so I thought I would give them a try. I was very impressed, I called and spoke with Mario and he said to bring it in, upon arrival he very carefully looked it over and immediately started working with the insurance company about getting it repaired. I told him to go ahead and get it repaired, and he right away got the parts ordered and a few days later he called and said I could bring it in. So I brought it to him on a Tuesday Evening, and 3 days later (Friday)he calls and says it’s all done! I looked it over and it’s perfect, like new again! I am very impressed with the service I received from this body shop, Mario was excellent with communication and was extremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone!”

“Have taken my Malibu here twice.Fist time all I needed was some brake fluid added. Very nice to know they are honest!Second time was having issues with the AC. They ended up replacing the control module with a used one, which saved me some money on a new replacement. However, the problem returned. They got me right back in and found the issue was in wiring that was done when I had an after market stereo system installed. There were wires that had not been properly put into the fuse panel. This took them some time to track down. They did not charge me for it, since they had already charged for the wrong part prior. Things happen and they were very professional about getting the problem resolved.I will definitely take my vehicles here going forward!Services: Electrical repair”
