I explained our situation and he actually came to us. He really knew his stuff and was very thorough. Due to his diligence he figured out that it was actually pretty simple and even went and got what we needed and brought it back. He also brought snacks and drinks for the kids. I got frequent updates, they worked well with my insurance company, they finished my repairs a day earlier than promised and I didn’t even have to take my rental back .. they handled it there.
