The staff has been helpful and 5/3 Bank has had interest rates that are some of the best in the country. They have a hometown feel that I appreciate.

I like the staff at Greenfield. I had multiple loans and a credit card I've had over the years, never a late payment. However, after paying off a loan earlier this year, a 0.17cent interest charge was calculated as being owed, even though my account online said $0. I called and spoke with a teller that verified I didn't owe any money. Several months later I found that they not only charged a $35 late fee on the .17cents (note the loan still said $0 online), but also were reporting delinquent payments to the credit bureaus and tanked my otherwise perfect credit score. Having had this happen I'll never do business with this bank again.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Scotty, Lindsay, and Team are amazing. Recently had an issue with an automatic payment that keeps hitting on different schedule. They were polite and understanding helped me reverse one payment and reschedule another draft fee. I’ve banked with several different banks over the years. Fifth Third is Hands down the Best Bank Ever, and a good one at any rate but the team at the Greenfield Branch take it to Next Level Service. A++++ You Are Appreciated
