Switched from CVS. Cost is slightly higher but it’s so much better than waiting 2 weeks for a prescription to be filled.

We made the switch to Medicap because I was tried of long lines and my scripts never being ready. This has been such a great shift. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Meds are ready within a reasonable timeframe. Plus my pup loves to go and get a treat.

When I switched from Walmart six months ago they were on the ball but they've gone WAY downhill in the last month or two. What sold me on them then was that they said they sent Drs reauth reminders a week ahead without my having to constantly chase that. And until this month they did. But this month they sent the reminder in to Dr. Jones ON THE DAY the refills expired. This is the same thing Wal Mart did and the reason I am no longer with them. So I guess now there is not a good pharmacy in Greenfield at all. Sad.

I’m a bit disappointed that when I inquired if the medicine could effect my asthma, she didn’t think it would and she asked the pharmacist if it would. They both said no. Label said it can cause an asthma attack. False information and I’ll be going elsewhere for medicine. I can’t trust someone if they don’t know basic safety information.

After using CVS and Kroger, this pharmacy is a pleasure to deal with. They are very accommodating, friendly and love the way they sync your prescriptions up to a once a month pick up. Something none of the chains do well.

I love using Medicap I use them whenever I am unable to, unfortunately my insurance makes it difficult but many times I can get my meds here cheaper here without using my insurance than I can using my insurance though CVS
