The outstanding customer service I received today as well and watching the same wonderful interaction with the lady in front of me prompted me to do this. I asked her name and she said Melissa. I then asked if she was the only Melissa, she smiled and said no.I told her I just wanted to make sure she received recognition for her exceptional work ethic. I was having photo issues as well as the person in front of me. I feel like she took the time to resolve both our issues, and made us both happy. “Everything about this CVS is great except for the pharmacy at times. There have been many times that we've had to call them to fill our medications despite there being an online order. The worst part is rarely being able to get someone to answer the phone. That leaves only one option... drive there, let them know you have a refill or an order that was put in & stand around & wait for however long it takes for them to fill it & hope they aren't busy.”
