The post office was down so we took approximately ten packages here with an EBAY store. HUGE mistake. No tracking updates in their system and then the packages for FEDEX are still missing with no tracking, causing three late packages in one day. When I called to see what was happening the very rude employee told me “nothing she can do, give it about three days and check again” THE WORST!?

Shippers Beware! Lost Package No Customer Support
They took our money for shipping and our shipment contents.
We have called and stopped by several times and no one has called us back. My mother dropped a package off on Friday May 31 to ship via FedEx to arrive at my house on Sunday. That package was never received by FedEx so they have been unable to help us. It apparently never left this facility but is lost. The package was needed days ago and no one will even call us back and they are not answering their phone today.

Listed as a DHL shipping partner, yet clearly do not know how to ship with DHL. Don't take DHL packages here!!
Just received my DHL package back from FedEx as a missort, as this location gave my DHL package to FedEx.
Lady who was working stated she's only been working there for 3mo.
Waste of time. I now have to go elsewhere to ensure my package is properly shipped.

Best place in Greenfield to get any type of invitation. I’ve gone here to make my birthday, wedding, and baby shower invites. The Owner designs everything from scratch and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Good on the wallet too!

I was in Postnet about three weeks ago for a fairly large copy job. While there the owner had 15 or more people come in for various other jobs including another customer for a copy job. She took care of all of them while still working on the two copy jobs. She was friendly and efficient and was able to work people in with very little wait time. Postnet is not just a location to drop off mail items. I was amazed at all she was doing. Fingerprints were sent for one patron and pictures were enlarged and copied for myself and another customer. I would highly recommend Postnet.
