Horrible place to bring your vehicle to get repaired. Employees fail to update you about your vehicle. Turns out I get more updates from the rental at Enterprise than I do with these fools. Y'all need some re-training on the floor.

Terrible customer service, missed deadlines without communication, had to research my own parts, owner/manager lied directly to my face at pick up and then was mad that I called her out on it. The tail light on my vehicle came loose before I even made it home. No one even did a quality control check.Services: Painting

Communication seems to not be one of their strong points. Dropped car off then was called the next day to let us know that was they gave the wrong drop off date. Kept getting the run around on parts. They had the car 2 weeks before the parts even got painted. Took almost 3 weeks to replace a fender, bumper, and headlight. Terrible experience. The work was good but otherwise a headache.
