My 19 year old brother came in this morning for a cut (and not a complicated one!)
And the girl cut it so unevenly in the back that I needed to cut over an inch off on one side. AND she didn't style it at all.... which would have given her time to realize she messed up so badly.
He didn't want me to call to see if he could get it fixed for free, and said he just didn't want to go back. Just thought I'd leave this here to hopefully save someone else the money and trouble!

I normally don't leave reviews but I came to this salon because of the good reviews. I have gone to Savanah twice. The first time I went to her, she did a decent job on my haircut so me and my daughter went the second time. I asked for a cut, color, and highlight. she talked me into just getting the color. My grays were not covered and the haircut is not what I asked for. My daughter was next. she has very long, layered hair. She wanted a couple inches off to get rid of the split ends. Savannah only took off 1/2 inch and somehow managed to cut a chunk out of her hair. she left both of our hair wet so it was hard to tell what had been done until we got home. When we found out that my daughters hair was so messed up, she cried and we had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. just wanted others to know so when they are looking for a new stylist like we were, that they were aware. I called over the phone to schedule an appointment and I asked what the prices were. The day of my appointment I was running behind because we were moving. So I didn’t get to put myself together. I was on time to my appointment I just looked a mess. I could instantly tell that I was being judged by one lady specifically. She ended up being the one I booked with it too. I brought an extra $20 to leave a tip for a haircut. At the end when I was ready to pay she gave me a completely different price than I was given. I didn’t add anything extra but somehow it went up $15 in Price. So I decided not to tip. I felt like it was unprofessional to give one price and then change it in person. She would have gotten more from me had she not done that and I would’ve been a repeat customer. She probably assumed that I was just a one time customer and that I wasn’t going to leave a tip so she charged more to make sure she got a tip. It has been a while since this happened but I was looking for Salons and remembered I didn’t leave my review yet on why I refuse to go back there.

I have just recently started coming here and I think I have found my spot. No more fast food chain haircuts and I don't have to go to that awful "Gents Barbershop"!

New-ish in town, putting down roots and google stalking for a new salon to call home. I met Savanna and really enjoyed my experience. There was a little whoopsie I noticed after styling at home and Savanna was quick to reply and get me on her book for a quick fix. I was so appreciative of her integrity and willingness to make it right so quickly! Really looking forward to my next appointments!Service: Haircut

Went to get some highlights and this salon definitely did not disappoint the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Katie was the hair stylist that did my highlights and she did an absolutely amazing job 10/10 recommend. I have never felt this good about my hair in years!Service: Hairstyling

I would suggest looking into this salon! The staff are helpful, friendly and, knowledgeable! They make an effort to make sure you are satisfied with your hair. I went to Salon 1006 a few weeks ago, and it was a great experience. It is situated in Hometown Plaza, and it is a comfortable building, with lots of other businesses surrounding it. The person who did my hair was super nice, and she did my hair exactly the way I wanted it. They are also super patient, and I overheard someone say they wanted something else instead, and they said that was ok, and waited while the person explained how they wanted it. When you walk in, you are greeted by 2 salon stations, which are on the left and right sides. There is a separation where they display some merchandise and other pictures, then there are some other machines in the back of the salon. Also, there are also some magazines if you want to keep yourself entertained while you wait for someone to get their haircut. Overall, it is a great place, and the people who work there are very nice. -BS
