I have called 3 times to have a new vehicle added and an old removed with no result. For 3 months I have had no proof of insurance for the new car and paper work was not filed properly for my totaled vehicle so now my license is suspended.

Ethan helped me add renter's insurance to our policy for our daughter. Even after I messed up the lease terms (twice), he got it done!!

Shepherd added the Greenfield location to our roster in 2011. This location evolved from four agencies formerly known as Pence Low & Brooks Insurance in 2011, Bolander & Ianni Insurance in 2015, Metzinger Insurance in 2016 and Sorg-Ehrman Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2018, all of which have deep insurance roots going back as early as the 1900s.
