I was looking for a bank last fall and found STAR. The branch manager, BLAKE ELLIS, was so considerate, helpful, etc, and as I went in I found the entire staff at that branch VERY pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I appreciate the many years working with Star Financial Bank. The service has always been quick and very helpful by phone or in person. The new lay out of the way people approach to get service if walking in is a bit different (not my favorite) but do able. The only negative is trying to get into the parking area cause of the Starbucks drive thru makes it hard.

Greenfield branch is awesome!! I’ve had some unusual things I needed & they have always found a way to make it happen. I love these people, it’s like “Cheers”, they know me when I walk in! Definitely my choice of bank.

Wonderful bank, nice to deal with and very helpful! I frequently travel abroad and have received a lot of specialized help with ease. Have had fraudulent charges in the past and needed to physically appear in the branch, which could be an issue for some... Generally recommend!
