Great staff and very quick at their jobs! Previous reviews underneath mine are people hate raiding the store because they were a previous employee of the store that caused issues and drama amongst the kind people that work there.Regardless of them and them being a TPR, this T-Mobile store is filled with some of the best staff I’ve ever seen and they’re very honest about their sales and pitches!

Had several HORRIBLE experiences with Verizon Wireless over the past week via phone and finally in store today. So we went down the street to T mobile. Chris the manager saved the day! He asked probing questions to figure out what we looking for in a phone and what was within our budget. He even gave us the manager's special and gave us 10% off all our accessories! Thomas took over once it was time to activate the phones and put the screen protectors on. He was amazing! He even helped us transfer all our stuff from our old phones to our new phones!!! T-mobile has the best customer service in the industry! Hands down! One last thing Chris overhead me say my back was hurting I wanted to take some ibuprofen but had nothing to drink. He went in the back and came back with a Dr. Pepper!

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND SERVICE IS REALLY BAD U CAN'T CANCEL THE SERVICE OR SWITCH THE PHONE TO ANOTHER PERSON IN THE STORE. BAD SERVICE ? if they can't help the customer in the store and they need to close all of the stores.

Run far away from this company. Terrible service. There’s more places around the country I don’t have service than do. A rep at this store told me I had to update my phones to maximize my service areas…it helped nothing and may actually be worse now and I’m stuck with 3 $700 phones they won’t take back.
