We've got a commercial construction loan with USLA and everything has gone very well! They've worked very hard to accommodate our needs and help us any way they can. We really appreciate them!

I switched to this bank after getting fed up being charged money like crazy from other banks. This bank does not nickle and dime you for stupid things, which is a big plus! They also were always friendly to me. I'm moving further away here soon, but have decided to keep this bank for the time being despite the drive due to the wonderful customer service. The only downside I have to this bank is they are catching up on the technology side. They just implimented a new phone app, and though it is good to transfer funds, it cant do some functions many other bank apps have, such as deposit checks digitally.

I've always had issues with this bank since day one. I finally went to close my account and go with a more universal bank, so I got up early one Saturday to do it and drove an hour to close my account, just for them to casually tell me I couldn't because of pending charges. One of the managers got snippy with me, which was not uncommon. To make a long story short, it took me over a week to close my account and get my money, and I had to get the main branch in Connersville and the branch manager in Greenfield involved. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service skills by all but one of the women who work there, completely clueless and non-informative. They never gave me alternative solutions/options to any issues I have had throughout the years. And I'm not the only one who's had issues with them; other family members have had serious issues with them, as well. Basically, do yourself a favor and go to another county to bank, if you have to!

This bank is so backward that I can't see my home loan information online without having a checking account. In order to get a copy of my loan statement I have to drive about 40 minutes to the nearest branch. I found this out after being transferred 3 times, hung up on and then having to call back. I'll be looking into moving my home loan as soon as possible. I will not leave a loan this big with a bank like this.
