Most of those bad reviews were months or years ago... the staff here are friendly and do what they can to help. I've gone to this store for almost 20 years now. There have been a few bad experiences, but everyone can have an off day. I would still recommend this site - store, photo, and pharmacy - over any other convenience store/pharmacy out there!

I appreciate how helpful Dee in the pharmacy is. I know how busy they are with everything from phone calls, medication shortages etc but she is still caring & kind with every interaction. She is so incredibly helpful with anything you need. Everyone in the pharmacy has always been great but she specifically stands out with her compassionate care. Dee you are the best! Keep taking care of folks the way you do because it matters & means something. Your patience & kindness goes a long way!!!! Thank you! ?

I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy since I moved to the area 8 months ago. The worst was when they gave me a month's supply of blood pressure pills but put on the bottle 3 months so I went without my meds for 2 months. You can't fight the pharmacy so...?

I received a call at 5:48 PM tonight telling me that my prescription was filled and ready for pick up. I then check my other ones to see the status of them to see that everything even the one that was ready for pick up was then canceled at 7 PM. I went to Walgreens to check in on why my items were canceled and they told me that I submitted a cancellation online which was for a completely different medication but instead of reading the names throughly they took it upon themselves to cancel all of my meds. The traveling pharmacist as he told me numerous times refused to take accountability for the fact that they had canceled my medication‘s, and although you could see the medication’s on my app, he stated he could not find them in the computer, and then refused to fill them. Even had the on-call doctor call and request the medication get filled at 7:57. The pharmacist told the on-call doctor that they closed at 8 PM and was refusing to help. The pharmacist then took the phone while he was on the phone with the doctor to let the doctor know that I was angry. Not sure when Walgreens started competing against CVS to be the worst pharmacy in Greenfield but you have reached the top!

Worst ever experience with pharmacy. completely understand short handed but I kept getting the same run around for over a week, and feel they obviously just don't care and make no effort to make it right.

Worst pharmacy in town. I get the same meds for the past 7 months & the mess it up every time. They're terrible!

Everytime I come here there's never a pharmacist on duty how are we supposed to pick up doctor ordered meds if there's never anyone working in this place.

I normally would not think to review a pharmacy. The outstanding customer service I received today as well and watching the same wonderful interaction with the lady in front of me prompted me to do this. I asked her name and she said Melissa. I then asked if she was the only Melissa, she smiled and said no.I told her I just wanted to make sure she received recognition for her exceptional work ethic. I was having photo issues as well as the person in front of me. I feel like she took the time to resolve both our issues, and made us both happy. It was busy and she multitasked between register and photo, all with a great attitude! Thank you, Melissa Hoffman for going above and beyond. I hope Walgreens appreciates what a gem you are!!

Have always gotten our prescriptions ina timely manner, even our dogs! They have always been friendly and I have always treated them the same!

They aren't bad. I they always have the medication I need. Cvs always ran out and would make me wait 2 plus weeks. It does take a little longer than I would like but they are short staffed and they have always gotten mine right.

I see why this place has poor reviews. You can’t even speak to a store manager because they just hang up on you. Put in an application to this place and immediately withdrew it when I called to let them know I was interested and got hung up on.

Pharmacy is never open. I have tried my best to give this company many chances to change for the better and I am done. This has been going on for over 2 years now. Now I blame HR. They are treating this company as a retail store not a pharmacy.

Way to Inconvenience your customers! Limited Pharmacy hours during the week so working people cannot pick up and closed on the weekends so we have to drive to other locations that are a lot further than we should have to go for medication. Needless to say I will be transferring all prescriptions to Walmart because they base business on consumer needs not on employees wanting weekends off.

20221225 had an otc online order placed 3 days ago. Daily email reminders to pick up then out of the vlue they cancelled the order without warning. Couldn't get there due to subzero temps, 50 mph winds and snow. They sold the product out from under me now nearest stocked store is 10 miles away.
