I have been calling the Pharmacy for 2 days straight with a simple question about my prescription and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I even called the front desk and they transferred me and still no answer. How can they just not answer the phone for 2 days??????? Unbelievable.

I love my Walmart Pharmacy staff! While the Greenfield Walmart itself is often a mess, rude and unhelpful staff and cashiers, personal shoppers who just bust right in front of people and dont say excuse me (not. even. once... not .one. person), and a hostnof other issied — I love the Pharmacy. I've nevet had a single issue and everyone is amazing.

Prescription dropped off, had to go 3 times to check on it, the last time they said it was out of stock and then insurance wouldn't pay for it. So I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask what the hold up was.

I was a CVS customer for years but began to have problems getting my prescriptions on time. CVS was always behind.It was very frustrating in nearly every way. I decided to switch to Walmart Pharmacy. They are always on time. They send the correct text messages. The staff is very friendly and they aren't stressed out. I also can actually speak to a person and I can speak with the pharmacist anytime. I am so glad I moved my business to Walmart Pharmacy. I am never frustrated with Walmart Pharmacy but rather I am pleased and there's no stress on me.

Walmart can be a horrible place to shop. However the pharmacy is top of the line!! They are the nicest people in the store! They are good with ALL the customers and create a positive atmosphere for all customers! They are knowledgeable and always have kind things to say! They represent customer service in a fine fashion!

This entire store needs to learn how to deal with customers. Every time i go in there, there is some kind of problem. I have to wait a long time in line because they never open the other register and I have to wait for someone very rude to wait on me and can never figure something out and its ALWAYS my fault. I will no longer come here for any reason other than the reasons I HAVE to. For my choice reasons, I will go elsewhere. They CLEARLY have all the business they need and don't care if you are happy or not. They CLEARLY don't need any more customers or they would treat you better.

After fighting crowds of people in tight walkways. I thought the battle was over yet when I walked to the front of the store, I was wrong. I walk to the nearest open register to find the line backed all the way up to the shopping area, completely blocking the huge walkway in the front of the store. I was talking to my shopping companion and commented on the fact that they had so many unopened registers when I was interrupted by a rude employee who stated "registers 6 & 7 are also open". This meant that in a large super Walmart there were three registers with employees ringing things up for customers. I am less than pleased and would suggest taking your business elsewhere unless improvements are made.
