Nice place. Crowded. Cashiers are good hard workers. Friendly too

Don’t bother ordering any delivery order from this location. Every single delivery order I’ve done had been delayed. Every single one. They are terrible. Disorganized. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

At least it's closer than Cumberland or Shelbyville. Doesn't always stock everything well. Lines are way too long. Need to hire more cashiers or open more self-checkouts.

Had to drive to this location even though it was not near me for a Christmas gift. Ordered and paid for item online so I could use customer pick up location.I called number to check in and female employee tells me she will bring item right out.Fast forward to half hour later when other customers after me are leaving and I stop another employee to check on what the delay is and he checks and states they never checked me in!Then to top it off the box is crushed and tore open which means my 45 minute drive for a most likely damaged product was all for notGet it together people.

Would be nice if your employees could do their jobs with clothes being on correctly sized hangers, instead of hanging in corners talking & on their phones. Smh. People spend too much money for no cashiers, dirty, disorganized stores, and sticky floors.

This one isn't bad. And they actually had checkouts open with real people. Theo was very pleasant!

Greenfield Walmart falls short on the check out experience. The conveyer belts are dirty so beware if you are purchasing any fabric material. Walmart apparently isn't aware of cross training their employees so while there is no cashiers available the evening before Thanksgiving, there are several employees hanging out in the front walk way all while self check out lines are long with customers and full carts. I complained about the situation and received a "whatever" from the lead in charge. Obviously he was overwhelmed and not responsible for the management and training decisions but can I atleast get a more professional reaction. This interaction makes a machine more appealing.

If I could give them zero stars as far as grocery pick up I would. They give you a time slot and I've always had to wait atleast 15 minutes. Tonight I sat for almost an hour. I won't be doing that again.

There was no service to speak of. We all work at Walmart without warning a salary. They are more like security guards than employees... except they have to give their paychecks back to Walmart to eat.

10/23 - UpdateThey will steal from you regarding their grocery pickup. They will force you to accept the substitutions, then charge you, then refuse to refund and cancel the order.Coors has Walmart deep in there pants:Leaves alcohol out for the little children. But locks up cigarettes. Guess the alcoholics are dying off faster than they are being made. Good job on doing your part Walmart! Nice to see Kevin, store manager, supporting this action as well.

I was at the Whitcomb Riley festival as a vendor and spilled food all over my jeans, so I went to this Walmart location and found another pair of Lee jeans for $23.94, which I was pleasantly surprised. I later returned for a fire extinguisher for our booth. Very clean store and friendly staff.

Love you Walmart but you gotta fix those lines outside the store my mom always enters the wrong ways because her old eyes can't see the lines or arrows in the parking lot I think it would make the outside stand out you guys really changed the outside of the buildings colors but can't go over the lines in the parking

I would like to personally thank Fred in the electronics department at the Greenfield (Indiana) store for helping me today. He was very polite and informative, and offered good advise about some products. I purchased a 58-inch television and he was kind enough to bring it out and load it into my car for me. Thank you so much Fred! Keep up the good work!
