I have always used American Rental for my rental needs. This time I needed a washer and dryer. Got excellent service at the store when choosing a washer and dryer for my needs. I am unable to use touchscreens without labeling, and when items were delivered, Michael and Nathan helped make sure Necessary button buttons were explained and or labeled. They went above and beyond all they could do to make sure I was and am a satisfied customer. My mom was right when saying always go back to the people who treat you well in customer service. Thank you American Rental for all you do to make me a satisfied customer. Kudos go to Stacy and Rick as well at the shop.

I needed a recliner for a short time and quickly. The staff answered all my questions and delivered the recliner within the hour. Everyone was friendly and the service was great! Thank you!

Stacy was amazing in making sure we got what we not only needed but also wanted. She wasn’t able to get us what we originally wanted but was able to help us get something just as nice if not nicer. The delivery guys (not sure their names) were amazing as well. Overall, we really appreciated the way we were treated. We will definitely be back to the Greensburg location for any future upgrades to our home furnishings.
