I had a tire warning light come on. I stopped at Browns and a lady working there took care of it right away, positioning my car, adding air, and moving my car so I could easily pull out. This was a busy place and they took the time to help me out at no charge.

Our wheel bearing went out about 12 miles away on a Saturday afternoon. We called Browns and they said we will get you in. They got us in and fixed it right away. We are from out of town and they were so nice and helpful.

Not fancy to look at but the people are very friendly and helpful and they did an excellent job repairing our car when it broke down while we were driving by Greensburg on the freeway. We had family pick us up and rented a car to complete our vacation. Brown’s fixed the car for a very reasonable price and let us keep it there until we returned from our vacation. They showed us the broken part (a front axle boot) and explained everything and I was surprised at the low cost for labor. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. My alternator went out while is was passing through the area. I reached out to these guys because of their great reviews on google. They had me back on the road within an hour. Great service!!!

Set an appointment and waited hours just to never be helped. I arrived to the location on time for my appointment but was told all stands were full and would be about an hour before my car could be seen. I explained I would just be sitting in the lobby during the repair process, so I was told I would receive a call when to return once a stand was open. Waited over 3 hours and never received a call, called them and said they were still full. Waited another 2 hours and gave up. Very inconvenient for me with only having one day off, so now I have to drive my broken vehicle to work for the next week with the same issues. Very poor customer service. Would 100% recommend Walter’s tire down the road for far superior customer service and for not much increase in pricing.

I worked in a tire shop for 3 years and grew up working on cars so I know a decent amount and have loads of experience. I had two really good used tires to get put on went there to get it done just for the guy to tell me he wont put them on because they look like I found them on the side of the road and the bead was to messed up to do it not knowing that i have 6+ year of experience doimg the same well he was completely wrong SMH took them to actual tire shop and got them put on no problem......crazy part is I've heard a lot of people say they know there stuff but that was not the case I feel.

I am from about an hour and 15 minutes away and noticed my tire was going flat. I had called the day before about getting it looked at and had talked to a very nice lady and was told to bring it in the next morning. Dropped my car off and within an hour it was done. They had found a nail and plugged it up and also aired my tire back up to where it needed to be. All of this was under $20 which was so nice to hear as I was worried being so far from home! Definitely recommend this place. Super friendly, price was good, and got to me quick on such a short notice!
