I picked up for someone else today and there were 2 people helping 2 other people when I walked up. I stood facing the pharmacy but far enough back to not invade privacy as I ALSO work at a pharmacy and know how that goes. About 5 people working, including the pharmacist, not 1 says anything to me. After a minute Tyler walks up and instead of saying "I'll help you right here" he walks over to the other person, who was already being helped, and started discussing a concert t-shirt she was wearing and preceded to tell him all about how she bought at goodwill and continued discussing the tour and seeing her in person. I let this go on for a minute before I said something but... dang dude... customer service. You wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the "people". Also, I heard your comment about standing where I was in line as well.... could use a revamp in service is what I'll leave it with.

Continually closed when hours state they are open ? Not to mention being so short staffed during peak business hours that no one can answer the phone for more than 20 minutes and patients kept waiting all the time. Apparently they have 1 pharmacist and he likes to leave early so that’s just super cool.

I have came here for my medicines for so long with no problem, but went in there last night to pick up . The guy ringing people out at the pharmacy has a horrible attitude , made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Not only was his attitude terrible the moment he saw me , but the girls working with him were laughing after we came up and they saw his irritation with us. (Btw this is your job sir , chill) everyone has bad days, as I was to but I don’t feel it necessary to take my misery out on others. Was going to just let it go , but hopefully someone sees this and says something to him at the very least .

I came in as a door dasher and had the hardest time finding all the different nail polishes my customer asked for. A lady by the name of Cathy actually took the time to look my items up and we found them all. The manager on duty at the time, Misty is her name, she was rushing Cathy, rudly glaring at our struggles, offering minimal help, and had the most rude tone of voice you can get out of a person. I hope someone of importance sees this and fixes her attitude towards customers.

There us always a problem when I go to pick up prescriptions! Yesterday they just couldn't find find the bottle. Today they say they refilled it but somebody pulled it off the shelf! This CVS is the worst!

The entrance curb location is very dangerous and continues to cause damage to patrons vehicles. It's well known to employees..... as I was told its a regular occurrence. I'll never shop there again. One thousand dollars deductible. Clearly this establishment doesn't read reviews either. Funny how the parking lot is considered the city's issue and not the business. , zero......$6000.00. worth of damage.
