It appears they rarely answer the phone. That is disappointment #1. So I drove to the location in Greensburg because on the goodwill web site it does not show this location as a donation center. Well it is but because they do not answer the phone.... well thet was #2. Went next day. No furniture. At all. No pictures because nothing to see.

prices are good merch is clean employees are nice. Batesville gw take note you dont sell donations for $1 less than it costs new.

I won't be shopping at this store again for many reasons. I made a $40 purchase several weeks ago. My bank account was charged immediately. The manager told me that the charge would fall off of my bank account in a few days and that I couldn't have my merchandise and they have to hold it in a cart until the charges fall, the I have to come back to repurchase it all. I came back 2 days later telling a different manager what happened. Told him I'm still being charged, but I want to by my stuff today while we sort out the bank. He said I don't know who told you we would hold your cart, but that's against policy and we never do that. I again informed it was a manager. All of the merchandise I Indeed paid for was returned to the floor. He said we would have to contact "the accounting department " to get my money back. Yet he did nothing but say 'sorry .'I can't even call them because I here a recorded loop over and over and no one ever answers.

Best Goodwill store in the area. Everything is clearly tagged and they don't write all over items with a Sharpie.

I am really very disappointed in you taking away the discount (any) merchandise that is donated to you so why is it taking away!!! Not everyone can afford your prices!!!???

Overall was good experience. The lady working on putting things out was sort of rude to me. I asked what was an item on the cart, and she snapped at me saying, "You should know you walked right by it over there" I think it made me feel like I wasnt welcomed to be shopping in there or asking questions.

Store is decent and clean, however the music was a little to much for me.
