“It's like this I don't care about the money somebody else trying to sell me for tires for $400.00+ Dollars before taxes and for the tires that I needed I didn't The price was fair considering how small these tires were where at pep Boys or anywhere else I can probably gotten for $65 each with just a little bit of extra for install but your guys gave me the best price and like I said not caring about the money I was able to give the little extra back as a gratuity to the two gentlemen who took care of my tires which by the way they did not have to remove them off the car I brought them in the back of my pickup truck myself these guys are upstanding they took care of me and I'm going to recommend all my friends I'm new here to Kokomo out of Illinois lake county that is. I was done and paid for within an hour thanks guys.And an Extra Amor!!!!!!!! To the guy who complimented my bling real recognizes real ❤️”

“Beyond impressed with the customer service, timeliness, and quality!! They were able to get my car in quickly to get the alternator fixed. After doing an inspection, at my request, they also found the timing cover needed replaced and pulleys. They also worked well with my warranty company. Although, the warranty company refused to pay more than $650. I did have to call to get updates daily, but Wendy was always respectful and worked hard to get me an update. The entire project only took 3-4 days once they got it in the shop. I did have to end up paying $1500 out of pocket for all the fixes, but the car runs like a dream. I really appreciate the mechanics, front desk, and everyone who was involved in the process of fixing my vehicle and proving such high quality service. I would bring my car back here, I would recommend my family and friends to bring their car here. Thank you for all you do!”
“I got a referral from a friend to have my daughter take her jeep here 2 different times now that she had trouble with. Both times they diagnosed the problem called with estaminet and got started on the problem and both times the jeep was fixed and never had any trouble with the work done. From the first call, Elliott was by far the best salesperson I have worked with. He did everything he promised and more. He brought the joy back to buying cars.
I was after a very specific truck and Elliott and Brian made it super easy to purchase from out of state. Upon landing, they had a car waiting for me to take me to the dealer. Once I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was ready and they got me in and out super quickly so I could make the long drive back.

“I was up from Florida. Battery needed jumped 3 times inclean. (20-30 degree temps overnight). Only 3 yrs old. They were able to get me in & change battery same day for only cost of the battery. 5-stars for that. My ONLY concern is that they did not read any fault codes before they changed the battery and 'wiped the slate clean'. I would have liked to know if there was another issue that caused the battery to die all of a sudden. Hopefully all is good. If not, I'll add another review.”
