Always screws up order putting topping on wrong side and don't order extra dipping sauces because the set them on your pizza leaving holes of no cheese. And it was very poorly cut.

I always loved papa johns but they have now struck out 3 times. Have ordered 3 times and each time it was horrible. I see they have a 2.8 rating i should have checked this sooner i would not have tried 3 times

Order was cold. Called the store, kids were upset about the cold pizza and didn’t want to reheat (tastes different according to them). The manager said something about a refund or credit, I said I hadn’t thought about either option, so she said okay well thanks for telling us and hung up. Here I sit at 10:15 (ordered at 8:00), looking at a plate of cold food. Thanks so much!

Well if you are a Biden supporter and you have a Biden sign in your front let's just say the guy who delivered the pizza was that big on our yard sign and just decided to take it upon himself to remove and Destroy and dispose up the street from our house. I know this because I have surveillance set up in my yard oh, and I found my sign up the street destroyed. I call to talk to the store manager, only to have her tell me that I'm lying and her driver would never do nothing like that with a snotty attitude and wouldn't give me her name. I am really disappointed with Papa John's I really like to eat there and actually spent a lot of money there but I probably won't anymore.

I’ve ordered here 4 times in the past 2 months and my pizza was soggy, so the next time I ordered I ordered it well done and square cut and they did neither and one time it looked like my box was tampered with and another time my box didn’t have the seal at all. I love papa johns but this store sucks! My job was going to put a big order in at Papa John’s, but after I told them my experience we ordered from Pizza Hut, you guys missed out on some good $$$. 4907 south Emerson ave.

Got the wrong pizza a couple of weeks ago. Messaged Papa John's and got a phone call from the manager almost two weeks later. Went to get my remake today, and it was wrong. Took it back immediately to have them redo it. Finally after three tries, got the right pizza. They never checked before giving it to me. I took for granted it was right. I usually eat at the one on 135 in Greenwood IN. They are always awesome. I will never eat at the one on Emerson in Greenwood in again.

I've been a customer of this particular Papa John's since they moved closer to my neighborhood. Their staff are very nice and their food is of great quality. One of my favorites is the Valentine's Day heart-shaped special. I look forward to each each year. The chicken bites and a medium pizza are my favorites to order. I've noticed that the delivery men commonly have tattoos and it makes me happy to see that this location is lax on people for having them. Very progressive.

Just wanted to give our local Papa John's a shout out, for the second year in a row they have helped with out nurses week celebration. I love that they support local businesses in the community, especially for our healthcare workers at this time. The pizza is also great! Thanks Papa John's!

Will not order from this store again. Not only were both of our pizza's very overcooked and inedible, but the female "manager" promised to credit our account but never did. The male manager just told us that because she never made a note, he wasnt going to give us our full credit. I understand that some people are dishonest and call in to get free pizza, but this was clearly not our mistake. I'm extremely disappointed with this specific Papa Johns Managerial service.

Hire better staff or make current staff more accountable by checking their work. My pizza was not cooked all the way through, toppings were placed poorly, and sliced almost like a child did it. That is 3 strikes get this store together or shut it down.

Every time I call these yahoos, it is either the pizza is just awful or they are late. Ordered at 2158 tonight. It is now 2330 and the buzzer just rang and I just got off the phone with Papa John's support. This has become the worst pizza chain in existence and I really hope they go out of business. Hey Papa fail, if you check this post, it is order #694342760!
