“Great customer service! This is the only place I purchase filters from. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and needed to act quickly, so I went ahead and ordered the correct size right away. Life moves at 1000 mph, and months later I realized I had never reached out to customer service to see if I could return the incorrect item for a refund. They first asked if I needed the filters replaced with the correct size, but I chose to return them instead. They issued me a QR code, and I simply took the box to my local shipping store. I had my refund that same week—outstanding service!”
