“Randy and Austin were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I had other Miele products (dishwasher, a smaller vacuum, and a washing machine) so I read about their larger Miele vacuums on their website and bought a C3 level vacuum. As they say, the suction is much better than uprights, the HEPA filter, filters out the finer dust from the exhaust, not just the bag. The warranty is 5/10 years. They know what they are talking about. High end yes, but it is cheaper in the end because you don't have problems with them, the warranty is excellent, and the machine itself will last a very long time.”

“I was looking for a particular rolling tool cabinet that said it was in stock but we couldn't find it. Sabrina from the customer service counter walked the store to help us try to find it and when we couldn't she placed the order for us to pick it up later. The next day I unfortunately found that it had a dent in the bottom corner when I took it back Sabrina helped us again with the return and placing an order for a new. Even said when we pick it up again we will unbox it at the store to make sure it's good. Great customer service all around from a great employee.”
