Bailey was absolutely AMAZING!! My phone was completely shattered and i was stressing out about not getting a phone. He walked me through my claim and how to set it up he was so helpful. He was very patient and wanted to assist me to best ways he could. He truly was the nicest AT&T associate I've ever met.

Went in this morning with 3 others all wanting to upgrade all our phones. Bailey was quick to greet us at the door and take care of all of us at the same time. He was simply amazing to work with and so very knowledgeable. Won’t go to any other store in the future and hopefully he will be there. Great individual and would love to thank him again!

Just had some issues with a return and met with BAILEY in the greenwood location across from PNC BANK.He was very courteous and respectful and we all learned a lot meeting him .Id buy anything from him ,He did and absolutely amazing job.Definitely recommend seeing him for all your AT&T needs.Great job ? Went in last night due to an emergency phone situation and Erica was absolutely amazing. I had my sick 3 year old with me and she pulled up a show on a computer for her and let her watch it while we handled business. She was empathetic and just pure bliss. 10 out of 10 will go back to deal with her

Awful experience, Lazy blonde girl with black glasses, says her name is "Erika". She is a TERRIBLE employee and does not belong in customer service. I've read other reviews describing her on here. She is creating quite the reputation, and not in a good way. I want everyone to go here and make it the busiest ATT so 'Erika' will have to work. Let's all ask for her to specifically help us and interrupt her tiktok.6pm, I walked in tonight with my son, we were met by a brown-haired woman and she said she could help us set up his new phone. -we forgot an item at home and had to come back. Around 6:30 we were met by a different girl named "Erika'. about 160-175lbs, sitting down, maybe 5'4-5'6, long blonde hair, thick rimmed glasses. She said "I can't help you set up the phone and link the watch, you will have to call ATT, my manager does not allow me to do that service". I said, 'they helped me last year' she said, ' well maybe they had a different manager and my manager told me to specifically not do this, ...you wouldn't want me to get FIRED would you?" I said, 'the other woman here earlier said she could help, and we just drove all the home and back, why wouldn't she tell me?", She said" oh THAT girl, she is terrible at her job," and whispers.. " she is super bossy and acts like a manager and does whatever she wants, she thinks she can do whatever.." I cut her off, "you shouldn't talk about your coworkers like that" she replied, 'well, sorry. I can change the SIM card for you but that is it". as she is changing the SIM card, I ask, "well, can I please speak to your manager?" she said, "oh, my manager? He just quit". I said, "well, how are you going to get fired by your manager because of his specific policy.. if he quit? Who is above your manager, I want to talk to them" She goes on, "well that would be the District Manager" rolled her eyes and went on to say" and there is no way you're going to talk to them, like, you can't call them on the phone". She said, "I'll give you a tip, you can go to Ibreakufix and they can do it for you but I can't help you". I said, "what is your name?" "Erika" she replied. I am sure she lied so I am offering the description. I called ATT from my car immediately and Gabby was able to find me another store and said 'there is no ATT policy why she can't help me and Gabby did not know why Erika would say that. I am going to call tomorrow and get ahold of her district manager. It's sad, she is the only person they can find to work there. gross.I went to the ATT by Greenwood Mall. Completely different experience. Justin set up my son's phone in 10 minutes."Erika" was AWFUL

This is not an AT&T store!! I got a new AT&T phone in the mail. I had some challenges setting it up, so I came to this location. The woman working there told me I needed to call AT&T. I told her I couldn't call because my phone wasn't set up. Then I asked if she could contact AT&T. She told me that she wouldn't let me use her personal phone and this location had no way of contacting AT&T on my behalf. She then gave me the helpful advice that I should walk down the street and ask strangers if I can use their phones to call AT&T. The prior two customers before me were also not helped.I don't believe this woman for a second. I believe the manager of this location needs to lookup who was working at this location at 7pm on 8/9/23 because you have a "quite quitting" situation. She is literally turning away everyone and helping no one.I need my phone for work. I don't have a whole lot of personal time. The 40 minutes I spent driving to and from this location is time I wont get back and this woman's games means I will be unplugged for two additional days as I don't have a lot of time to deal with such things. What I mean to say is the experience I had at this location was not appreciated.

I just moved to the area from out of state two weeks ago. We previously had internet through Spectrum but our new building is hard wired for AT&T services. Attempting to set up services has been a difficult process to say the least. Our Rep Isaiah Underhill seemed friendly enough at first. However he incorrectly entered our address into the system leading to our router being delivered to a different address. He did not resolve this issue. Instead our wonderful maintenance team literally tracked down and retrieved our package. After finally getting the package we found that the router we had been given was NOT compatible with our hook ups. We contacted our rep and he seemed very averse to giving us any time or help. We were directed to an outsourced call center and were given the run around NUMEROUS times. We have been in contact with said center four or five times. We were told a tech would be sent out last Monday. One never showed. After calling MORE times, we FINALLY had a tech visit us today. Our services have been active for almost 2 weeks and we have been UNABLE to use them. It’s been incredibly frustrating and not at all welcoming. I’m hoping AT&T will have the good sense to pro-rate our bill for all of the trouble and the fact that we have not been able to utilize services for 2 out of the 4 weeks of the billing cycle. The ONLY reason I am currently giving a three star rating is because of our tech, Marlin. He came this morning is dreary weather and got our issues resolved quickly. He drove back to the store THREE TIMES to fix this for us. He’s polite as can be and an excellent employee for the store. These are the people that should be in management! This man deserves some recognition and I sure hope he gets it!

Tyler, the store manager was wonderful to work with. I went in to activate a new phone line and he was very professional, helpful, and quick. I went to this store after having a bad experience at the AT&T store closest to me, and Tyler put me at ease with his knowledge and expertise. Go to this store and ask for Tyler - he is the best!

Tyler was great - not pushy but explained why my phone was messing up and why upgrading would fix my issues. He took a lot of time to explain and didn't rush us. I highly recommend him and his store. He was the manager of that store.

The only thing is that it takes a while to get the service you need and they need to tell you everything when you ask or tell them something.
