I just moved to the area from out of state two weeks ago. We previously had internet through Spectrum but our new building is hard wired for AT&T services. Attempting to set up services has been a difficult process to say the least. Our Rep Isaiah Underhill seemed friendly enough at first. However he incorrectly entered our address into the system leading to our router being delivered to a different address. He did not resolve this issue. Instead our wonderful maintenance team literally tracked down and retrieved our package. After finally getting the package we found that the router we had been given was NOT compatible with our hook ups. We contacted our rep and he seemed very averse to giving us any time or help. We were directed to an outsourced call center and were given the run around NUMEROUS times. We have been in contact with said center four or five times. We were told a tech would be sent out last Monday. One never showed. After calling MORE times, we FINALLY had a tech visit us today. Our services have been active for almost 2 weeks and we have been UNABLE to use them. It’s been incredibly frustrating and not at all welcoming. I’m hoping AT&T will have the good sense to pro-rate our bill for all of the trouble and the fact that we have not been able to utilize services for 2 out of the 4 weeks of the billing cycle. The ONLY reason I am currently giving a three star rating is because of our tech, Marlin. He came this morning is dreary weather and got our issues resolved quickly. He drove back to the store THREE TIMES to fix this for us. He’s polite as can be and an excellent employee for the store. These are the people that should be in management! This man deserves some recognition and I sure hope he gets it!

Tyler, the store manager was wonderful to work with. I went in to activate a new phone line and he was very professional, helpful, and quick. I went to this store after having a bad experience at the AT&T store closest to me, and Tyler put me at ease with his knowledge and expertise. Go to this store and ask for Tyler - he is the best!

Tyler was great - not pushy but explained why my phone was messing up and why upgrading would fix my issues. He took a lot of time to explain and didn't rush us. I highly recommend him and his store. He was the manager of that store.

Forget making an appointment. The employee didn’t even acknowledge we had one. He helped a couple and then stopped in the middle of helping them to help someone who walked in with a billing question. I could tell the first couple was irritated and they should have been. I don’t know why they take appointments if they are not going to honor them. Luckily T Mobile is right next door.

This store lost a phone we dropped off as part of a trade in. I’ve spent the last 2 weeks calling 10+ times a day and sending emails, plus making an hour and a half round trip drive TWICE, only to be ignored by their staff when requesting follow-up for our complaint on the lost phone. AT&T is trying to bill us for never returning the phone, however, it was physically handed to an employee who said they’d lock it in the safe until the store manager was in to finalize the return and they’d call me when finished. Again, never got a call. My husband and I have been customers for over 15 years and I’m highly disappointed in the service and follow-up we have received throughout this entire process.***update: per their request, I sent the email the same day… have yet to hear anything from AT&T…

Drew and Chase have helped my family and I with our phones. Each time we been there they are all very helpful and cheerful. They will help and do what they can do for everyone that walks into the store. Yesterday they ordered me a new phone and amazingly it came today. Took it up there and Drew made sure everything was good and that the transfer went through. I really appreciate the great service!

To express that Drew was very helpful this evening. I have been to the AT&t store up at county line and 31 and waited for 4 hours they had no clue what they were doing with three different people and a manager involved. I know this doesn't have much to do with this store. I had to go online to order my phone because 31 and county line was lost and had no clue what they were doing again. I just want to say drew was very helpful and his customer service skills are very helpful and I appreciate him taking the time this evening to help my AT&t needs. Thank you Drew!! Outstanding customer service!!

In my opinion... there is nothing I can add to the service I received. It was warm, exceptional, informative, helpful.I was so nervous, I new little to nothing about what I wanted.Walked out informed, pleased, and assured that me and my new phone were going to be just fine.Great guy you've got there !!!!You can't possibly pay him enough for what he does for ATT. !!!!Thank you

Had bad experience,late in the day 6:30 or so,waiting 30 to talk to a personal,terrible..wanted to upgrade my phone,all sold out.but one thing they wanted was to sell me internet service..I wanted a phone,not internet, after I told them I did not wanted internet the only girl working at that time got upset….

Terrible Customer Service! I was told they couldn't help me register my prepaid att phone because they couldn't scan the bar code on the box due to a scratch through it I was unaware of when I bought! I then left and went to best buy and the att guy in there ( Jeff) literally pulled out my sim EXTREMELY EASILY! and wrote it down and helped me begin my service. It's ashamed when best buy has to do the service the store people are too lazy to do! Thanks Best Buy Jeff!

Legit best customer service ever. Addressed all concerns and everything was resolved when I left. Highly recommend going to this location versus one outside the mall!!
