HelloMe and my husband are frequent shoppers in your buckle store in Greenwood mall, but we have noticed a change in the service that we have received and also the merchandise selection has changed. We believe the change is due to the racial discrimination. We have also noticed that there is not a African American employed at that store. I also tried to cancel a layaway over the phone, and was rudely advised no and hung the phone up. I know this store was not intent for African Americans, but since we can afford to purchase what we choose in multiples, the service should be better. IJS.

I retuned what I bought but the lady that did the refund was so rude even I said good morning before even I asked for return but she didn’t reply and I said thank you when I finished also didn’t reply, this is the customer service when the sale done they are great you and smile but if you return anything for any reason oh you will not get even have a good day.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and given the treatment. Had pants and several shirts picked out for me. Extra accommodation for me being tall ended up getting a shirt and first pair of jeans in a long, long time. It's a little hefty on the coin but the product and service delivers. Pants are plentiful in pockets and accommodate My need for EDC. Fabric is everything.

I was in the store and Jared (the manager) spoke to a female customer VERY rude and he was very loud andddddd he was using profanity. This happened at the Greenwood store .

5/4-Waited in line 3 customers deep to ask what size a pair of Buckle Black came in with inseam as jeans table were all mixed together. Two other employees standing at register area. Blonde told me to wait till she was done ringing up customer behind me. So I waited. Then she went and talked to the dark haired girl. I waited still. Instead of passing task to dark haired girl, running the egister or looking up jean info, I was left to just wait. Can I order online or pick up at another store? Yes. But WHY, this is NOT how customer service is at Buckle, WHY is it that way there?4/23..This visit was worst ever. Gal was SO RUDE. And I'm a faithful Buckle shopper for my clothes. I would not have given her credit of buying. Waited till next day and drove to Clarksville.

They are so rude at this location.Then you tell them that you are looking around and they just keep following you like you are going to take something. Had a problem to take care of and the manager didn't even care he didn't apologize for there mistake he is very rude that's why his employees act like that.The location in Greenwood Mall really sucks now. Used to enjoy going in there and buying stuff but now they lost my busy for good. Would of gave zero stars

I have been to multiple stores looking for low rise jeans nobody has any my daughter-in-law bought a pair from buckle and I really like them but I can't bring myself to pay that much for jeans I guess my husband got tired of hearing about it LOL I got two pair of the BKE and one pair of Rock and to be honest the BKE I fell in love with it's been so long to find a pair of jeans that fit me right and the young lady that helped me and my husband was awesome definitely my new place to buy jeans
