“I checked out several places as the last place we hired with a great reputation hired a shotty install company for the laminate and although they had another installer come back and fix the problems got wonder what other problems arise. I critiqued every step of the install and the guys were funny, entertaining and responsive to every question I had. Price was fair and the project finished ahead of schedule. Carpet was flawless. Perfect 5 here. I'm as critical as they come lol. Everyone was super nice and never dodged any questions or concerns.”

“We had such a great experience with big dog flooring. The people in the store were friendly and knowledgeable and their cat was also very kind in showing me around to the products 😂. The flooring we ordered came in super fast and they scheduled for the install fast as well. The crew was kind and professional even going above and beyond when it came to the transitions between the new LVP and the carpet by patching the holes around the door frame from our cats. We did have a slight issue arise after the install (which I will not go into detail about). Big dog flooring handled it fast and with kindness and understanding. I have no complaints about anything that has happened. We look forward to using them again when we can afford to replace the carpets in the bedrooms.
