Hired Cottingham for professional home appraisal and the services and efforts were of poor quality and value. Only performed a quick market analysis of home based on basic square foot and age details which any real estate agent can do for free. Didn't even make effort to take their own photos or measure home for appraisal report, I had to provide photos and floorplans. Save your money and use someone else of higher caliber.
