Pharmacy is great but is always short handed and the pharmacists seem to get annoyed about it lines are always long and refill wait times are crazy

CVS @ Target is THE best CVS. The pharmacist (Terry) is excellent. He is the reason that I shop at this store.

Staff, when the location can find help is extremely helpful and kind. With closing on Sundays and posting a sign that they won’t have a pharmacist on duty in the evenings after most people get off of work is unacceptable. There could at least be a tech present to give people meds that are needed.

This is one of the best pharmacies in the Greenwood area. Joe is ALWAYS kind and courteous. I had a problem with my prescription a few months ago and he helped to me figure it out quickly and with minimal headache. This pharmacy is great!

I have always had great customer service at this CVS. However, I needed to talk to the pharmacy regarding my daughters prescription. I called different times throughout the day and was on hold for an hour or more each time. I even called the regular store line and asked for help. They were unable to help and said they were separate from the pharmacy and connected me to the pharmacy line which I was placed on hold again. I told them I just needed someone to answer the phone for a less than five minute conversation. After being on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes, I finally gave up and called the regular store line to put a formal complaint in. it was apparent that the pharmacy refuses to answer their phone. I can understand being busy and short staffed but to give them two hours and forty minutes to answer my call, it was evident. I finally am driving down there today so they are forced to help me in person. I was unable to drive there yesterday- due to having four kids and just having surgery myself. This is unprofessional and I even asked the store manager to have them call me back. They simply don't care. I was completely taken back by the entire experience. I don't leave reviews often and typically only for places or things I love. But I am hoping this is seen by someone who can make the needed changes at the store for someone to answer the pharmacy calls with less than a two hour hold time. Unacceptable practices in my opinion.

Kudos especially to pharmacist Joe! He spent well over an hour assisting me when I had an insurance issue. He took the time to make all the necessary phone calls to my insurance company and my prescriber to help get it sorted out. Every tech and pharmacist at this location has been superb for well over the last 5+ years.
