The staff had a line and still were so composed and kind while they worked like a well oiled machine. Thank you for your grace under extreme pressure- you are the best - this CVS is the only 24 hr CVS in Greenwood, I am grateful for that and all that they do.

If I could give a negative star I would. They will not come to the phone then when I arrive for meds for a sick child they make me wait over 30 mins and it's still not filled.

This pharmacy is trash. My partner had surgery today, and after being discharged from the hospital, I had to pick up her prescription drugs before going home. They had 3 people working during a very busy time of day, and it took 30 mins to get 3 of 4 of my partner’s meds. I was told I’d have to return later to get the last one. My partner said she might have to come with me to get it because it’s a controlled substance so I said I would call and ask before going back. I called once and left a voicemail that no one responded to. I called again, and after fighting with their stupid automated system, I was finally put on hold for an 1 hr 10 mins before someone finally answered. I went back to get my partner’s meds and they were on lunch. The tech didn’t care to tell me that when we were on the phone. I got there at 9:30PM (they said they were open 24 hours that day and the website did also), but had a dry erase board in the window stating they were at lunch. I figured they had a 30 min lunch because the sign on the window says the other shift’s lunch is at 1:30-2:00PM. I decided to wait for them to come back since I drove 20 mins to get there and my partner needed her pain meds. Nope. I waited until 10:35 and still no one showed up at the window. Mind you they were already gone before I pulled up. I hope CVS checks their security cameras and their pharmacy team is written up or fired for not doing their job. I also pressed the call button multiple times. This is the worst pharmacy.

Waited 30 minutes in drive-thru only to be told drive thru was closed due to lack of employees. Prices are higher and prescriptions take so much longer to get filled.

This pharmacy is absolutely beyond terrible. When they screw up as they do often don’t call , just more frustration and if you expect rude non caring people you will not be disappointed. They won’t take calls and tell you they will return your call in around an hour , don’t wait it’s not coming.

CVS, as a whole, is bar-none the most inefficient, disrespectful pharmacy chain out there. They don't even allow direct phone calls for the many times they screw up a simple refill.

pharmacy was super busy amd I'm late for work but this amazing young lady just stopped everything to help me and go fill my script.... I'm so stressed out and everyone is going out of there way to be kind. I'm so glad I switch to this pharmacy!!

i absolutely love coming to this cvs. i’ve struggled to get on health insurance for years, and they always make sure that my medications and visits are doable for me. that being said, every interaction i’ve had with staff has been very pleasant and helpful.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used in terms of customer service. I had medications transferred here because it costs the least with GoodRx. Any time we've gone to pick up medications and told them we were using GoodRx coupons, they've become incredibly and unnecessarily rude, as if a customer using a coupon to make medication affordable is the most inconvenient and irritating part of their day.
That being said, although the pharmacy itself is terrible, the Minute Clinic staff are nice and helpful.
