AVOID having prescriptions filled here. It will not be done in a timely manner EVER. Prescriptions are never filled on time. If you ask questions about how they manage their pharmacy, you will be met with a rude tone and long silence before answering the question. Kroger at Claybrooke Commons is INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend them.

This pharmacy is the slowest in town! Never answers their phone!! I’ve literally been on hold for one hour and 15mins. It’s ridiculous! Inside is faster than drive thru, but still slow as heck!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! Every time I’ve called to speak to pharmacy it’s been at least 45mins! They must be ignoring their phone I’m going to report this to someone. I do have the time! I’ve worked in the medical field for 17yrs id never not answer the phone! Multi-task. ?️ NEVER GO HERE or Kroger pharmacy on Independence off Worthsville and US 31 slow and rude don’t care! I’m driving up there! I need a certain medication and hospitals don’t carry it. Ridiculous!

The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies

The people in this pharmacy do not care about their patients one bit nor are they up to date on laws. Choose another.

Called about blood test results and the automated phone recording never gets you to speak to a person. Very frustrating.

Pharmacists at this location lack training and are wasteful when prescriptions are limited. For your sake, fill your scripts elsewhere.

A hopping place on Christmas @8:30pm. Ran out of coffee & didn't want to deal with the after Christmas frenzy tomorrow. We went in & quickly got out without incident. Happy Holidays everyone. Stay well & safe, Amy

First off, the CVS app doesn't work all the time, therefore I unfortunately need to call in to the pharmacy for prescription refills. Every time I call, the minimum hold time is 25 minutes, this is before I even get anyone on the line. I've waited about 45 minutes before to connect to someone at the pharmacy. Sometimes I'll have to cut the call and retry them multiple times a day. 45 minutes to pick up a phone is just crazy.

Extremely busy pharmacy so expect to wait. The employees are always great but CVS continually under-staffs this location. Someone at CVS corporate is failing their customers.

I just sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes on a Saturday night. I see the Pharmacist stick his head out the window. I was next in line. When I pulled up to the window, it was closed with a hand written sign that the window was closed and to come into the store. What was really sad was the lady that was in line in the drive thru behind me had COVID that turned into pneumonia and she needed her medication. She could barely breathe. She had to walk into the pharmacy! Absolutely no compassion for customers! This place is a joke!!!! Every time I go to this store, there is an issue. The employees in the pharmacy are not friendly. They are always under staffed. I am serious! CVS has lost my business. I only go to CVS because my insurance forces me too. My insurance now allows me to go to other Pharmacies. Never again!

Had a great experience with the minute clinic at this location. Caring, kind individuals who were efficient without feeling rushed. Was able to pick some meds up from the pharmacy right after and get on my way. I would definitely use the minute clinic services here again, especially since they got me in way quicker than my PCP could.

If I could give no stars I would! After sitting in the drive thru for an hour, I finally got to the window to find out they closed it in the face of the sweet elderly lady ahead of me. So we all go hotfooted into the store knowing we will now be standing in another line for all of eternity. Those of us that had just been turned away from the drive thru were not happy and saying so, so the tech picks me out and tells me she's the only tech and to quit talking about it. I said, I get it, it's not your fault. It's the fault of whoever is running CVS! It's quite obvious why they have no one to work for them because no one wants to work under that pressure. So after standing in another line, I am told they don't even have his ADHD medicine that is one of the nation's top prescription. And then I was told it is my job to call around to the other pharmacies to see who has his meds. And then i would have to call the dr for another prescription. It's fri night. I couldn't get this done earlier because he had to have another dr appointment first. What an absolute disgrace!!!!

Terrible customer service - they have no idea what they are doing! I was told three days in a row to come back in an hour and my meds would be ready. On the last day, the response was, “oh sorry, we are out of your thyroid medicine and we are doing the best we can”. So, I missed four days of my thyroid medicine. Barb, Registered Nurse.

If I could give CVS negative stars I would. I showed up 4 hours after my physician sent in a prescription to be told that they were still working on it, and that they'd expedite it, but it would still take another hour. That's absolutely pathetic. In the olden days when we still had local hometown pharmacies, you could walk in, tell them you were there to pick up a prescription, and they'd have it ready 5 minutes later. I'd love to see CVS's company vision. "We do our best ... to become worse." All that to say this is the absolute last I deal with CVS.
