We called several days in advance to schedule our oil change and was unable to speak with the service department, but was able to set an appointment anyway. We took the car in on Wednesday and again never made contact with John. When the oil change was completed we came back to pick the car up and again John wasn't around. We picked up our car and the it had not been washed as is stated. Two days later a reminder came on the car to go and have our oil changed. Obviously no one had updated the car memory while the car was in the shop. We could have taken it elsewhere and had both the oil change and tire rotation for the price we paid here and received better service. Next time we will think twice about bringing it here.

Purchased 2024 outback yesterday and wanted to thank Brian and everyone at D&R subaru! By far it was the best auto buying experience i have ever had. I was given ample time to consider my choices with absolutely no pressure. Brian Hidalgo is amazing...his approach was much more educational and less sales which was perfect for me. Even the finance manager was no pressure just conveyed options and made room for me to make informed decisions. I love my new outback and will definitely recommend this vehicle and dealership. Thank you Brian and everyone at Dreyer and Reinbold Subaru!!! Keep up the amazing work and continue to prove car buying can be enjoyable.

Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru is a great dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they were always willing to answer my questions. I test drove different Subarus before I decided on the one I wanted, and they were patient and understanding throughout the process.I couldn't be happier with my Subaru, and I'm so glad that I chose Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru.

Couldn’t be happier with my new Subaru Forester and my entire experience at Dreyer & Reinbold! I had been looking, researching and test driving for weeks. I fell in love with the Forester, paid under MSRP, did not have to wait months to get the vehicle I wanted and definitely felt valued as a customer. Nick was my sales specialist and went went above and beyond to get our transaction completed within the time frame we had that day. I’m very happy with my decision to purchase from Dreyer & Reinbold.

We purchased our first Subaru from them. I love it!I want to give a shout out to Brian Hidalgo, we could not have asked for a better person to help us. He was the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever met (we have met a LOT). He gave details & explained items that we didn't know we had questions about. We asked if he could bring the vehicle to our house to make sure it fit in our garage & he didn't bat an eye, he swung it by for a "test" fit!Everyone was very friendly & made us feel comfortable through the whole process. I think we made the right choice, not only with the SUV, but the dealership as well.

Hello!! My mother n law bought a car from there, 1 year ago. She put at least 2k in it to get it worked on and still had issues. It was a Volkswagen. She went back to trade it in, and they offered her 2k and were not apologetic at all about all the issues she was having with the vehicle. I would not send my worst enemy here with the way they treat females exspecially. So sad!!

I have had good experiences with Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru. I leased one vehicle and have since purchased another, both smooth transactions (my salesperson CJ was awesome). Service here has always been pleasant as well, whether it has been for simple oil changes or other things - Camryn has always been friendly and helpful.

Service department does not answer the phone. I called on 4 different occasions (1 before service and 3 during) and calls to the service phone number always forwarded to the concierge who was unable to get anyone in service to answer.I had an appointment for warranty service on my 2021 Outback Touring XT. I was informed the car would be done by mid morning and they would call me. I did not receive a call. Around 1PM, I called the service phone number and no one answered. Call forwarded to concierge who forwarded me to a voicemail box. At 2:23 PM, I called again. No answer, concierge, voicemail box. At 2:26PM, I called again and explained to the concierge that I needed someone in the service department to tell me the status of my car. Concierge spent 13 minutes calling every service number she had for the dealership and could not connect me.To get the status of my service, I had to drive to the dealership. When I arrived, I was informed the car was a few back in line. I asked why they did not call to let me know that. Service advisor said that was his mistake. I asked why no one answers the service phone numbers, service advisor said it is unacceptable that they did not answer. I asked for my keys and left without my warranty service being completed. Will be going to another dealer for service from now on.

Brought a car in February now at the end of May still can't get title information so car cannot be titled or plated OR legally driven on the road. All we get is excuse and promises. Maybe Attorney General for Indiana can answer how they can sell a car without titles.

I made an appointment to see a specific car after corresponding with the dealership. I arrived 30 minutes early and was informed after traveling 60 miles the car was no longer available. I was gaslit, told the car had not even been listed on their website yet. However, I clearly had the details pulled up on my phone. I wasted gas and lost 2.5 hours of billable income as I took time off work. I will avoid doing any business with Dreyer & Reinbold.

Bought a brand new Subaru Ascent from these people in August of 2021.Called 2 months ago to get recall issue taken care of and called 2 weeks ago to get an issue with the lift gate taken care of.Still waiting to hear back from them. HORRIBLE!!!Called a Subaru dealer on the north side of Indy and they made an appointment while I was on the phone with them.If you buy from this lot, don't plan on any service after the sell. On a brand new car.
