Jim Bowden comes highly recommended, based on his patience, his candidness, willingness to listen, and his flexibility. I stopped in to see him 4 times over the course of 4 months. I had no idea what kind of vehicle I was looking for. He stayed in contact without nagging, and was willing to talk whenever I had the time. Together, we explored leases, pre-owned purchases and electric vehicles. Eventually, we found the perfect vehicle. I continued to come back to D & R soley because of Jim! Thank you!

I made an appointment to see a specific car after corresponding with the dealership. I arrived 30 minutes early and was informed after traveling 60 miles the car was no longer available but could look at others. I was gaslit, told the car had not even been listed on their website yet. However, I clearly had the details pulled up on my phone. I wasted gas and lost 2.5 hours of billable income as I took time off work. I will avoid doing any business with Dreyer & Reinbold.

Nope, definitely would not if I had to it over. I purchased a Subarau in the past from Dreyer & Reinbold and returned after having had an excellent experience to the worst experience in all my years of buying.vehicles. I learned it had happened before & given a lot of lip service saying .we will work on this . Yep! sure Not. Tom wood, offers 7 yrs./1000 miles warranty. Dreyer & Reinbold offers 6/1000 miles. warranty. friends of mine bought through Falcone will be interested in comparing information. Now I am researching to figure nd out what else is different between Subaru dealerships. Better Late than Never. It will determine my future car decisions.

The interior is immaculate, and the employees are super friendly. Unfortunately, I did experience a couple of issues. However, Joe (Service Manager) went over and beyond to make it right and ensure I was happy. I could not be more pleased!

The Wife bought a Acura MDX and I gotta say, this thing is the biggest piece of s**** Sales people just wanted to push this thing off the lot and sell half a** cars. Less then 4 months and already ATLEAST $3,000 in repairs at a official Acura Dealership down the street... and going back in this week for more issues...To say I would avoid this place like plague would be an understatement.

Don't just turn around but run! Let me start by saying Paul the salesman was absolutely the worst and refused to help since buying my car. First the windshield came cracked and wouldn't fix it. Secondly, I am going to trade my car in and was told my car was in a accident before the purchase. (WHY WOULD BMW SELL CARS THAT HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT) which okay I should've asked for the car info but again why would they sell a car that has been in an accident. Third, since I bought the car it'll randomly die and every time I take it in.. nothing is wrong it with. Like how is that possible when my car keeps shutting off randomly. I'm not saying don't buy from this dealership but definitely be cautious and get all the info. I can happily say I refuse to buy another bmw and it's sad because I was in love with my past cars.

Both locations are poor. South one I paid $150 for an interior cleaning and within 5 seconds of opening the door I saw a huge stain on the top. The boy said he came through to make sure it was all clean and didn't see it before; but he also confirmed it was huge! Granted my car was dirty, but I also paid $150 for detailed interior cleaning. As soon as I entered I was rushed to pay (guess the girl wanted to leave) and then I saw the car (learned my mistake). The manager initially refused to give me a refund and said he'd give me store credit (as if I was going to come back). Finally he gave me a refund on my card. I was irked when he asked me what my career was as to somewhat point out that all people make mistakes at work...and then when I told him, he realized that NO some jobs you can't afford to.

Bought my daughter's first car from Cody and couldn't be happier with the process. we drove 2 1/2 hrs for that particular car and we were treated better than family when we arrived. Pictures and information was 100% accurate from their site. My next vehicle will be from them.

I have gone out of my way to do business at Dreyer & Reinbold in Greenwood. I purchased my Subaru Outback from them 5 years ago to replace my older model. The buying experience was excellent but that is only a one time transaction. What really sets this dealership apart is the service. I have had the same service rep for the entire time I have had this car. I always get a complete explanation of what is being done, an appropriate quote and answers to my questions. I can understand what is necessary at that moment and what can wait and for how long. All of the work on my Outback has been on time and on point. My rep has even been able to save me money which I always appreciate. The service during the pandemic has been above and beyond which I greatly appreciate. And as a bonus, my car was recently detailed while in for regular maintenance and it's like new. I highly recommend this dealership.

The treatment during this stay at home was horrible. Lies to make more money. Bought used 328i needed new fob, I ordered one they said it would come programed. It came and, Well no. Now they want a diagnostic test to see why. More money is why.

Great buying experience!! Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way especially with all of this hardship. Big thanks to C.J Mantel for great communication and unbelievable customer service. He even reached out to me a few days after my purchase. He cares for his customers and definitely recommended my friends and family to go see him!
