I called with food allergy concerns (eggs, peanuts, and treenuts). The owner called me back on her day off to come up with a solution that would work for my gift. The store sterilized equipment, surfaces and made it a safe product away from the chocolate station to ensure there was no cross contamination. Greatly appreciate the care that was given to ensure food safety. Fresh fruit bouquets without chocolate work can be completely nut and egg free, but I would recommend calling the store to make sure you highlight your dietary needs.

I purchased a total of 4 arrangements for my granddaughters first birthday party last Saturday.When I tell you each one of those arrangements had about 6 pieces of fruit in it. There was so much space in between the fruit you could see all of the kale stuffed in the container. I paid about $160 if not a tad more and I am so disappointed with the presentation. Some of the strawberries were even really bruised. They were so poorly put together that I was embarrassed to put them out on the cake table. I will not be purchasing from Edible Arrangements again. This was purchased at the E County Line Road store in Greenwood. The customer service I received was ok and the lady who helped me when I picked up was friendly but the product was horrible. Production needs to work on assembly at this location.

I purchase edible arrangements all the time and they usually last about 3-4 days. These were purchased for me on 10/17 and here it is 10/19 and they are all molded!!!! What a waste of money and time and then when I called about it, she was super nonchalant about the whole issue like that is typical. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Not for sure why each visit it’s a discrepancy with my walk in order at this location. I ordered strawberries and I was given the smallest strawberries in a box ..I asked the lady don’t you have the large ones … she stated most people don’t want to pay the price for the large ones…. Who is most people… but this the same problem I had with this lady about a year or so ago… I only walked in cause xfinity was busy we normally patronize with Carmel and 10th st location is closed…. We purchase from Edibles state wide due to us traveling and never experience such tacky customer service. Even when we visit Alabama customer service is great…. The strawberries were good but I eat the large ones.

First time ever ordering an edible arrangement, so I had lots of questions especially around delivery. I called several times and all the staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful every time.The owner Kate answered one time and she made me feel super assured my delivery would be taken care and I really appreciated that. Kate seems like a sweet woman who really cares about her business and customers, will definitely use this location for future arrangements

I called and placed an order for my managers Birthday. I had the best experience it arrived the same day. There was great customer service and I definitely would do it again for many more occasions. My Manager was so happy, she said it made her day.Thank you so much!

We ordered a Birthday Edible Arrangement for my mother-in-law and it was BEAUTIFUL. The pineapple flowers were big and the fruit was fresh and it was just beautiful. It was delivered when promised and the delivery driver was kind enough to bring the arrangement in for her and sit it on the counter. This is our first order from this location and we were very impressed! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION! Can't wait to order again!

Was amazing and very satisfying to look at. Pick up was smooth. Nice employee. Kind of pricey but good alternative for those who cant have a bunch of sugar for whatever reason. Will need to eat the same day. Fruit does start to get soggy after 24hrs.
