Back in August I was rear ended in my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit reserve 4xe during a trip with Uber. (Uber was my full time job) My car went to the collision shop and I had to get a rental. (I was effectively out of a job) the car insurance told me that I could get a rental until my vehicle was fixed but I had to pay for it upfront and I would be reimbursed after I was done with the rental. I found a part time job and started working immediately. ( nothing close to what I was making with Uber) Each week out of my paycheck I had to carefully budget and pay for my rental each week. the Staff was friendly and helpful when I called every Wed or Thurs to renew and pay for another week. Every once in a while I had minor inconveniences with the vehicles but Jake very quickly remedied the situation and put me in a different vehicle. He even offered me an upgrade when I had an issue. very friendly and professional.

Another really good experience with Enterprise. My car had to go into a body shop. When I dropped it off Enterprise was there to pick me up. Can’t thank them enough.

Rented minivan, pickup and checkout was easy and fast, return was afterhours so used key drop box. Received email next morning telling me vehicle had been checked in and everything was good.

Jacob ... I mean cruella picked me up from the dealership. I was in the middle of a nervous breakdown and he gave me a minute to get myself together. Even offered to grab my bags. He talked to me on the ride back to Enterprise and after calming down. I told him how much I loved his costume. Thank you for your kind customer service and for dressing up on Halloween. The smallest thing created the biggest smile. Lauren followed up to make sure I had a good experience.

Worked with us during an extremely frusterating and difficult time. One of our vehicles was in a shop for over 2 months with constant excuses and delays from the business. The employees at this location were extremely understanding and helpful even with us extending the rental much past our original plans.

My daughters rental the last two years have been super late to where she missed work. They were nice and compensated for that. Later in the week it rains and the vehicle front area leaks. Told to call around and get a new one, calls four places and nothing. Drives home from vacation days later while raining. 16 year old rides in back middle work no seat belt, daughter tells them everything very kindly and no further compensation for all the problems that went wrong with this vehicle. She rents from them for at least 3/4 years, and she won’t be back.

Easy process and online modifications were simple. You should call earlier than your pick up time...even though I received a call the fay prior confirming the reservation from the local branch.I mentioned I needed pick at 11am. The next day, I waited until 1108 to call...they arrived at 1120 and were very apologetic.They seem always very busy. They are a hardworking team. 4/5 ****

Customer Service is great! Although hard to catch them on the phone, they stay busy, they are a lovely group of folks in person. The car I rented was nice. If I need to rent again, I will rent from this location.
