Where do I even start. Every time I call or go in they tell me they have no record of anything and make me pay for another exam. They put my info in wrong, and over corrected my eyes. And now I have to go in even more to slowly take my prescription down. I have to pay for that every time. Literally the worst. Don’t waste your money, it’s worth paying more for a place that actually wants to help you. You also have to get a new exam if you change contacts even if yours is up to date. So you better love the ones your dr makes you get cause you’ll have to pay again to change them which is exactly what happened to me. And that’s all assuming they find record of the last appointment lol, It’s all about money.

We had a bad experience today. As we were checking in the receptionist asked if we were using insurance. I said yes and passed her the insurance card. She briefly glanced at it and said "we don't accept this insurance" I replied are you sure? My son and I had an appointment 2 months ago and it was fine then, unless something changed at the beginning of the year. She replied that they don't take any insurance with Hoosier on it or government. I replied with this is through a school system, not Hoosier health wise. Not only that the customers that came in after us were told they didn't accept their insurance either and that she couldn't find the child under another insurance. They left. A gentleman that worked there asked her about it and come to find out they actually could have been seen at their set appointment. The girl just replied with oh sorry.We waited 20 mins past our appointment time which we were there 10 mins early. No biggie I don't mind waiting. Unless the employee's are just talking amongst themselves at the start of a snowstorm.After my child's appointment the guy that did the exam never said anything about the outcome of the vision exam. She is 14 and yes she told me she didn't need glasses. But NO ONE said anything regarding the results. We sat while the receptionist, Dr, and girl that checks you out had a conversation. At this point I ask are we all good here or what? All the while 2 inches of snow has dropped in a matter of an hour. I was told she will check you out. Still no one has told me whether or not she needs glasses. The girl checking us out says are you just paying for the exam today? I said um I don't know does she need glasses? I was told then no.Bottomline is the customer service was horrible. And we do not plan on ever returning to this eye glass world. Very disappointed

We have been coming up to Eyeglass World for many years. We have always had a good experience with the Doctors and Opticians. Their prices are reasonable and they are very helpful in finding new glasses. On my last visit Ariel was very kind and so helpful to find the right pair of glasses!

Horrible! They only allow a 7 minute late time before forcing you to reschedule. I had a friend drive for an hour and a half and because of holiday traffic we were 8 minutes late. The GM REFUSED to allow the appt. I'm disabled and can't get a ride again. Just want everyone to know how they treat the disabled and NO ONE told me they had a 7 minute late Window when I made the appt.. Every other doctors office allows 15 minutes. Total bullcrap, go somewhere else!

Had appt. Was told Dr would be an hr late. Several people were told this. I see that the reviews are terrible and I should have paid more attention to this. Highly do not recommend.

My family and I have been going to this location for many years. I just had my annual exam with Dr. Gould and I cannot say that I have ever encountered a more friendly and knowledgeable eye Doctor. He was kind, patient and very thorough in explaining everything to me. The technician, Emily was also very patient in assisting me with choosing my lens material, style and explained the options as well as what each meant. I'm always greeted quickly and with a smile by the entire team. We are definitely "forever customers" of Eyeglass World in Greenwood!! Thank you on another fantastic job well done!

6 weeks from my purchase point to even get my glasses. No record of that apparently. Apparently my warranty is out of date. 700 plus down the tube.
