If you like over paying for copies, this IS the place for you. Basic, 8.5x11, black&white at $0.65/page. 56 pages: $38.45 with tax. Im sure Starbucks next door would print cheaper on a stack of cups if I asked them. If you like saving money, go save somewhere else, this place isn't for you.

My package has been at this facility for more than 5 days after it was supposed to be delivered. I need this package for my mom who is disabled and have told them this and still no package has been delivered.

They have to be the rudest people I have ever met. There is this one female in there that is as rude as they come and refused to help me with my package. All I wanted was a receipt for the drop off she told me no then ignored me when I tried to get more help. I was simply dropping off a package that I had done dozens of times then all of a sudden she can't take it. I don't know what to do now because it is a sensitive package. I understand policies change, but the level of rude was certainly not called for I hope the management sees this and talks with their employees on just being nice people.

My wife and I finally cut "the cable" from our service provider and they paid for shipping back the equipment we had used by using FedEx. Since we only have places that are other businesses and handle FedEx shipping as a secondary job in our area, we headed to this Greenwood Location just north of the White River Library on SR 135 which is strictly a FedEx office that specializes in printing (not used on this visit but competitively priced) and shipping. They had a lot of supplies on hand for visitors and lots of self help printers and even some small cubicles that I assume you can use to assemble your projects. I walked in and was greeted. I was carrying my returned equipment (didn't even have a box) and let the man behind the counter that I was returning the ATT equipment and had printed off the return label for him to use. He verified the equipment was the same as what ATT was expecting, and said because they waited to ship the equipment (in bulk) when they had enough equipment to make it worth shipping. In the meantime, I got a printed receipt that I had dropped off the equipment. The whole thing took only a few minutes and I was happily on my way. Because this was the only time I've been to this facility, I can't say how helpful the staff is on shipping without being an automatic return. I also didn't use any of the printing, so a 4 star rating for the service and ease of returning I experienced. Review #823

After printing 13 black & white copied at the "self service" copy machine (Which I used only because there were unhappy customers ahead of me in line AND said service was to be .04 (4 cents) per page less, I was charged $5.70. Of course I asked the error be corrected. After a 15 minute + wait, I was told that the only way I could be given a refund is if I were to return the following day and the manager Jeff Adkins, could make the refund. I was informed I would receive a full refund. Unfortunately I was not informed that Jeff leaves at either 1pm or "around 4pm" through the week and doesn't work on weekends AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD ASSIST ME. So today I phoned the manager Jeff Adkins, who informed me I NEEDED TO BRING THE COPIES IN, "RETURN THE COPIES" , IF NOT, I COULD NOT BE REFUNDED THE FIVE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS WHICH I WAS CHARGED FOR 13 sheets of black & white print. THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET A REFUND WAS TO RETURN 13 PIECES OF WORTHLESS PAPER, AND THIS COULD ONLY BE DONE BETWEEN 9am-4pm. I have been using FedEx Kinkos for more than two decades, the branch on Monument Circle, Broadripple, Lafayette Rd, and Castleton, all of which are fully staffed with competent and friendly people. MANAGER JEFF ADKINS is not only rude and unprofessional, he lacks common sense or he thinks being unhelpful and smug is becoming. COPIES AT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY ARE 15 cents per page, the library is staffed with friendly, kind and helpful people. I SUGGEST DRIVING THERE OR EVEN TO ANOTHER LOCATION ONLY MINUTES AWAY!!!

Jeffrey was completely inept. I called with the details of my order after emailing the document I needed printed and bound and was told it would be an hour. After verifying how I wanted the document I went and got lunch while I waited. Upon arrival, Jeffrey hadn't done anything yet and admitted that he'd forgotten about the order. After finishing up with his current customer, he printed and bounced my document. He did it wrong and I explained how I wanted it (simple adobe print, booklet style, cut down the middle, bind) he proceeded to argue about the process. After wasting about two hours all said and done I left without ever getting my product and Jeffrey still arguing with me and making excuses. Should have taken five minutes. Could have print this at home, brought it in to be cut and bound. Won't be returning to this facility. 40 mile round trip to have two hours of my time wasted and be argued with by an employee who doesn't even know how to do his job.
