I recently visited this store to purchase a padfolio, however, I went to return it the next day because it didn't work for what I needed, and the item was in perfect condition because I didn't use it. Therefore, the person at the store told me that they don't take returns for any item purchased at the store. If this company doesn't do returns, their policy should be in writing on the receipt or somewhere visible at the store, so the customer can decide to make the purchase or not. This is another way large corporation steal customer's money and they can get away with it. Never purchase an item at the Fedex Store because if you change your mind, you won't be able to return it and lose your money.

Absolutely terrible. I ship a decent amount through FedEx and I will go out of my way to avoid this location after the experience I had today. Wanted to ship something weighing 60 pounds already packaged and I swear the associate created reasons why they couldn't do it. I'm of the opinion they just didn't want to deal with the package. Wouldn't put the declared value I wanted to assign it unless it was packaged in another box. I agreed to do that and they didn't have the box to do it. Just a complete waste of time. I will go out of my way to avoid this location moving forward. After looking at other reviews her name is Donica. I'm seeing a common theme here..........

Told a package had been fixed then it seems to of dropped off the face of the earth. So frustrating I had to rethink Easter outfits. Hope to never have to order from fedex again.

This store asks what's in our package and after starting thet are shoes,the rude employee says she has to opren the box to verify! How dare FedEx open my package after I told her what the contents were! I will NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN! STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AS WELL!!

I find the manager there to be very rude. I think her name is Donica. She’s the only person at any location that has ever insisted on knowing exactly what was inside my package and then insisted that I purchase a different shipping envelope from her. My item was packed fine by me in a small box. I bought the envelope to ship my item but when I told her that she was the only person at any FedEx location, including that location, to ever give me a hard time about how I packed my items she demanded that I tell her who at her location didn’t ask me what was inside my boxes and when I refused to tell her who (I’m not trying to get one of her employees in trouble for nothing) she told me that wasn’t true. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she said that she knows her employees always ask other customers what are in their packages. This isn’t the first time that she has given me a problem with how I packed something. The last time she took the package when I refused to buy her shipping materials and she made comments mostly to herself about it. This time she flat out refused to take my item as it was packaged by me. I asked for her manager to call me and left my number but I haven’t heard from ”Alex” yet.

Try to upsell you on boxes and filler when you’re returning an item, It was literally the exact same box that Adidas shipped thru Fed Ex and delivered to my home.Went down the street to a different FedEx store and had no issues.

I've been using this location for several years now dropping off packages for packaging and shipping. I recently started using this store as a FedEx hold for pickup site as this store is much closer to me than my hospital downtown where most of my parts get delivered.
Hailey is a wonderful addition to the team and always has it together! She heads for my packages as soon as I walk into the door. It's refreshing to see someone in a customer service position that doesn't act brand new every single time you interact with them.
Minus one star for the late morning start time. Kinda odd for a FedEx location to open up at 9 where most open at 7 or earlier.

Same comment about the extremely rude store manager as others have made here. I was treated like a child because my return package had a dent in it and made to pat $5 to have it repackaged. There is a way to deal with customers and you certainly won’t get that treatment at this location.

My wife went to pick up an item while I was at work. It was 90lbs, and while she is fully capable of lifting heavy items, this is almost the same weight as her. She even asked if anyone would help and was turned down. No dolly, no support, nothing. Needless to say I’m not happy with the customer service, and that doesn’t include the previous issues I’ve had with FedEx deliveries this past week. Get it together…

Sadly this is the worst FedEx location I have ever dealt with. Long line of people, one person to help. Could hear music and laughter from the back area, but no one came up to help customers. Go to the location nearby on us31, much better customer service.

Donica the store lady manager is an absolutely rude associate that refuses to take boxes and forces you to buy tape. Seems like other people have had similar issues and will refuse a package over the smallest thing such as a tiny rip that doesn't even affect the structural integrity of the box. She then puts up sass when you bring up a question or concern.
