This used to be a great credit union. I'm not sure what's happened in the last few years but I'm going to close my 2 business and one personal account. The customer service has declined, the management has all changed. It's a horrible place to bank.

Their only ATM has had a sign on it for months saying it is "temporarily" unavailable.

They never return calls or help when needed. We’ve had the same loan payment with auto payments for years. They didn’t tell us it changed and won’t call back or help with switching our auto payments. Paid what was past due on the phone and they’re still saying we are past due. Been dealing with it for months. Everyone just keeps saying we will call back and never do.

I used to work for this credit union and was a member and still am a member. I've been lucky to see both sides of how FCFCU works and it's a great place to be and to keep your financial needs. My former manager was able to help me with a car loan, we've spoken about my student loans, each person adapts to their members in a unique way!

We have enjoyed banking with FCFCU from the very beginning. They have been very helpful with any banking requests that we had. I do not see us changing banks any time soon.

VERY highly unsatisfied with how they treated a long time customer. Refused to find a solution and will not allow me to raise my debit limit due to one wrong answer when willing to prove otherwise. Then was given false promise of being able to do it online via secured message by a SUPERVISOR. I am contemplating changing accounts due to this frustration.

I love this local branch. I'd give it 5 stars but the corporate Web and phone support is limited. So I do everything at the branch.
