Tricell himself gets 5 stars. Clearly he was in training by Greg the Great. Greg the Great might want to do some custmer service training again himself. I was fine with the prices of things and being able to use my Partners reward thing. What I was not fine with was the fact that whatever system you use to do the military discount did not recognize my service. I had my veterens card from the VA with me. When I attempted to ask Greg what the system was,he was short and rude with me. When we were checking out Tricell got guidance on how to complete the transaction. I did ultimately go to another store in the mall to purchase two pairs of shoes and returned the ones I got from this Footlocker after. Even during the return Greg still seemed to have a slight attitude. Tricell had to ask multiple times for guidance on how to process the return. Needless to say I won't be back to this kids footlocker.

worse costumer service i ask for a size on a shoe and just to come and take the shoe away from my hands walk away told me don’t have any size and told my 10 years old daughter to stop touching.the display walk away and ignore us.. never again coming back to this store

I just went and I gave the cash registers 110$ when and the shoes were $90 with tax, they gave me 25 cents back and I asked and they lied and said they counted it. Me and my dad were both there and counted it. I got 20 cents back when I should have gotten 20 dollars back.

Shoe selection was minimal for women. No one was willing to help it seemed. We had to ask for help constantly. I wasn't keen on that so we left without a purchase.

Bree was awesome! She went our of her way to help me find a specific pair of shoes even though i ended up going with a diff shoe. Great customer service! They have a really nice selection.
