What a waste of time! Waited for 2 hours and still didn’t see a doctor. Terrible service and sense of urgency. Don’t recommend and will never go back.

Avoid the lab where they draw blood unless you want to be poisoned. Went back in February of 2023 for routine bloodwork and have had health issues since. Developed a rash a few days later. The lady doing my blood draw had a nasty attitude and looked to be wearing the same big oversized blue gloves for every person she took back. She had her back to me alot of the time fiddling around doing something which I always thought was strange. Something is off with this and this person that may need to be looked into. If somebody from the hospital would like to reach out regarding this situation and this person, please let me know.

The doctors and nurses there are top tear they really made me feel secure and comforted even though they could tell I was nervous. But they gernally cared about my health and are helping guide me to what I want which is motherhood

Took my 2yr old here for an xray on her foot. Dr Mannan said she's good. Just have her wear hard soled shoes and it'll heal. Got a second opinion and found out she had two broken bones in the foot. Scary to think my 2yr old was sent out to basically walk it off when she was hesitant to even put pressure on it. He talked like it was a sprain type deal. Thankful I got a second opinion!!

I come here to see Dr Averill /primary care physician. He is a young, professional Dr with rest bedside manner. Didn't realize until today that they have a lab center within the same building, so you can get everything done you need in 1 stop- love that. New office building, very clean.

Best urgent care on southside Indianapolis. Quality, knowledgeable, polite, and pleasant staff. It is a 20 minute drive to get here for me, but totally worth it. And I live within 3 minutes of 2 other urgent cares. Very clean large open waiting room. Very quick registration, processing, and waiting time. I was in and out within 30 minutes, whereas another local urgent care took me 3 hours.

Took my 14 month old daughter in cause she was having trouble breathing and with a high fever of 104. I stopped here cause it was the first urgent care I came across….. I came in at 5:50 and I was a very worry mom cause I was concern about my daughter health… Was told they close in 10 mins and can no longer see patients and told me to walk out. This urgent care needs to do better.

Showed up at this place at 5:55 not knowing they closed at 6. First thing receptionist says is"we close in 3 minutes". Nice greeting! Then proceeds to ask if I know where other location is 15 minutes away.I realize it might have been an inconvenience but I still walked in before they were closed so IMHO a business should assist their patient. Probably would've only taken 20-30 minutes anyhow and not sure bout everyone else but I've had to stay after hours several times at my job .

Took my mom here for a blood draw. They called the next day and said the courier didn't come and she would have to come back. She is 88 years old and lives 40 minutes away. What a waste of time and energy.

Wasn't even a patient but a family member was. They don't care about their patients. Turned lights off on them and forgot about then for almost two hours. The Express Care is not express.

My family member was there to be checked out and the mask mandate is only required in healthcare - the front desk was talking about my family member for not coming in with a mask. Instead of just handing them a mask and saying mask are required - she stood up at the main desk discussing my family member. -not professional and clearly not appreciated

Called this morning because paper work stated an appointment was needed for a drug screen. The recording to this place said no appointment necessary. So I speak to the receptionist. Just asking for clarification. She said “well we are a walk in clinic so ……” I sat there in silence waiting for a direct answer. “….. so that would be a no.” Okay thank you. I get here And asked where to go. She said go look at the blue screen. So I did. (So I thought she said) she says loudly across the waiting room “sit under the blue screen and they will come out to get you.” Cool thanks. It’s been 78 minutes. 3 bottles of water later ….. and still haven’t been seen. I asked the receptionist if I can be seen by someone else or if someone could atleast do part of the testing now Bc “mom bladder” is a real thing. (Can’t leave the building or use the restroom or your test is null and void) she rolled her eyes and said our system went down awhile ago so you’ll just have to wait. Overall just annoyed. Technology sucks sometimes. But accommodate your patients/customers and don’t act like it’s my fault or atleast send someone out to watch me void and then I can drink some more water and continue to wait. Also if customer service isn’t your thing pick a diff job.
