The Goodwill Outlet Store offers a unique conveyor belt style of bins, making the rotation of items fast and efficient. The store is described as clean, well-organized, and quiet, with a generally well-behaved crowd. Customers love coming to find cool stuff, treasures, and all sorts of items from home decor to clothing and accessories, often leaving with a full cart. The management is helpful and good at explaining the rules, which include safety measures like standing behind yellow lines. However, there are notable downsides. The bins themselves are often reported as very dirty and in need of a deep clean, sometimes containing trash or wet items. Some customers, particularly those looking for vintage to resell, can be pushy, aggressive, and rude, even taking items from others' hands, which creates a stressful and sometimes rough atmosphere. Additionally, while furniture, appliances, and bikes are affordable, special pricing on other heavy items is considered a little too high compared to other outlet locations. Despite the madness, the workers are noted for their patience.
Manager Autumn was very helpful as i’ve never been to an outlet before! she was super kind and good at explaining all the “rules and regulations”. I will be back again to visit. Thanks Autumn!
