I hope you never have to deal with a manager called Drew - I usually enjoy shopping and donating at this Goodwill and visit weekly, but I recently had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a book for $1.99 that turned out to be missing many pages, making it unreadable. When I returned to the store on August 16 around noon to ask about an exchange, the manager on duty (Drew) refused the return, which I understood since policies must be followed. However, when I asked questions, he became rude and condescending, telling me I should have checked the book before buying it. His attitude made me feel blamed and humiliated, instead of acknowledging that the store had sold a damaged item.
This experience was not about the money, but about the lack of professionalism and courtesy. As a regular customer and donor in this community, I was very disappointed by how I was treated. I hope Goodwill addresses this and provides better customer service training, as respect and kindness should always be part of the shopping experience.

High quality merch. Prices have been creeping up in the last few years often times seeing items which are priced higher than retail.

Normally, when a large item is missing a tag, other locations ask on the intercom if anyone has the tag come up or will sell to the next person. This location, the manager, yells at you. Says someone shopping has the tag with anger. Grabs the table carries away. Acted like we were an issue. Says tomorrow come back if it's still here, ask again. We live too far to drive back, and after her attitude, we likely will skip this location in the future. We travel to many locations on Saturdays. The two cashiers were super awesome, the one who called the manager. Then the one that rang up the items we got super amazing! The manager maybe had a bad day?? I felt like she hated us and her job. ?

One of my favorite goodwill’s in the area, generally fair pricing. However a few weeks ago when we visited who I believe is the manager was on a smoke break when we pulled up (I believe they were the proper feet from the entrance but still very in front of customers) and when we left 45 mins later they were in another smoke break already! Ridiculous!

Have been a long time shopper here but I’ve noticed prices keep going up. I was just told that books are going to be priced individually ..I won’t be work shopping there if the prices keep going up.

I found several jeans and tops to go w! Nice clothes at this location! I prefer to shop at this store over others. Very happy w 'GW Boutique' and this particular locale. Will def shop here again!!
