Greenwood Self Storage is a great and very good facility overall. The place is super clean, with units that are always clean and set at the right temperature. The climate-controlled building maintains a comfortable environment. The staff is fantastic, genuinely great, helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. They are always helpful and answer questions quickly and professionally, providing solid on-site help and working with customers when assistance is needed. The business offers 24-hour access, 16 digital video cameras, and free truck rental for all new customers, along with delivery acceptance. The area is well-maintained. While some past issues with carts, cameras, and a hot elevator have been fixed, a minor suggestion is to address a bump near the elevator access. Some customers note price increases, but understand this is set by corporate, not the local team. Customers highly recommend the facility, report no complaints, and state they will definitely use it again due to the best price around and positive experience.
We rented a temperature controlled unit. We never had any issues. The unit and facility were always clean. Carts were always available. The prices were great !

-What a deal! Free truck at move-in! Priceless (no pun intended)! Craig and the staff were great. Place was clean and safe and the climate control was steady year-round! Moving again soon (unfortunately) and if I need storage, I know I can rely on the best! Thanks again to Craig and the staff!
