Went in Monday to deposit a check into my account. Was told it would clear in 24 hours. It’s Thursday and still not cleared. I called and they’re saying it’ll be Monday before the funds get released even though the check was cleared and the account the check is from has the funds to cover the check. Never had to wait this long for a check to clear even on bigger amounts.

The tellers at this location are are uniformed and NOT trained well. I went in for a deposit and was told they cannot accept change. Yes CHANGE... at a bank. I understand You can't bring a bucket of pennies in to deposit without them being rolled but I had under eight dollars of change that I wanted to deposit. Incredulously I asked the manager if this was the correct policy and he confirmed that they will not count any change except quarters.

Go inside and there's one lady ahead of me so I wait 10 minutes and the line Never moves. I go to the drive through and still no ones answering but we look up and the manager is at the window looking through the junk mail, checking out his Steak ‘n Shake coupons. Really! Some of us have to get to work. I've been here for 20 mins and he finally answers the drive through. Horrible service! I won't be back. I could have saved so much time by just driving to the Franklin branch.

Super fast service in drive up and inside. Always greet inside and in drive up. If they are with a customer inside they inform drive up that they will be right with you. Extremely nice staff and always willing to help as much as they can. Highly recommend this particular Huntington to everyone!

If I had to choose locations to go for a Huntington Bank I'd choose the one on County Line and 135. This one is always super slow to get anything done. Especially if youre going through the drive up.
