I've been a member for a few years now, and I have been very pleased with all of their various services as well as their highly friendly and helpful customer service. They have fulfilled all of my needs, anything from checking to savings and also investing. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are located close to where I live so they are very convenient in that way as well.

We ordered my dad's checkbooks here and he has waited for a month but they were never delivered. Why? Because they were delivered to the wrong address this whole time, even though the front ladies at this bank has told us our current address and asked if it was correct, we've said yes but they were still delivered at the wrong house! Unbelievable! My dad had to go through the trouble of making a new account number and everything! Would I recommend Indiana Members Credit Union? Heck no.

Horrible, and I mean horrible customer service. It is pretty sad when you have to check and see who’s working the drive up to determine if I’m pulling up or driving away. Never do they say hello or thank you. I will now drive out of my way and go to another location just so I don’t have to deal with these horrible individuals.

Useless. Apparently, new members are restricted from making ATM deposits for one year. They cut you off from PayPal if PayPal queries your account balance too often. They act like they don't know what you're talking about when you ask them to resolve their refusal to accept money transfers from PayPal to your account. The male tellers at this branch are snobby and cagey both. Indiana banking options are bleak at best as compared to the rest of the nation; but, this bank sinks to a new kind of low.

Was told on the phone that we could come in and open a savings account without an appointment. When we got there we were told that they would take our phone # and we should wait in out car. Over an HOUR later I went back in and they said they could not get to us today. That is the only hour they will ever waste of mine. Strange experience.

Tried to get Kelly to call me back about refinancing my home after I emailed her all the documents requested. Waited a week, and after three unreturned calls I decided to reach out to the IMCU on Stop 11 and Arlington. They called me back within hours and took care of my refinance. With Kelly, I just asked for a return call letting me know my documents were received and that they had everything they needed. I'm not sure what else I could have done to help them succeed. I don't blame her as it seems like a leadership problem at this branch.Update: 12/19/2020 I emailed IMCU at the email address they provided immediately after they commented asking me to reach out to them. A month later I still haven't heard back by email, phone, or mail.
