Went in for the first time filing promotion with them. Felt a bit rushed and wasn't asked about overtime taxed last year and a few other things I thought of after filing. Overall was ok.

The preparer was efficient and friendly. I don't care for Jackson Hewitt fees, they fail to appreciate returning customers, I may go elsewhere next tax season. For a simple return, 15 minutes of work, they wanted $293. I had to ask for a discount as a loyal customer and still got charged $250. I was not impressed.
